The Continuing Revealing of the Hidden One Mid December 2008 brought another announcement about a sign that will appear in heaven much like when Christ was born. “Look now for the biggest miracle of all. In the very near future a large, bright star will appear in the sky visible to all throughout the world -- night and day. Unbelievable? Fantasy? No, a simple fact. Around a week later, Maitreya, the World Teacher for all humanity, will begin his open emergence and -- though not yet using the name Maitreya -- will be interviewed on a major US television program.” Big news to some. But the repetition is getting a bit monotonous for others. In April 1995 Time magazine devoted an eight-page spread to its cover story on miracles and concluded: “People are hungry for signs.” Further back than that in 1988, CNN and other media reported on Maitreya's miraculous appearance to 6,000 people in Nairobi, Kenya, on Saturday, June 11. A week before the event, a remarkable sign occurred: “On Saturday 4 June a big, bright star was sighted, unusually brighter than ordinary stars,” reported Kenya Times editor Job Mutungi. According to Benjamen Creme a major American television network has requested an interview with Maitreya, and He has accepted the offer. That was many years ago, and we still hear the same rhetoric from these chosen ones of the “new Christ” So did anyone see him?This has become like a where is Waldo mystery. Ask one hundred people and you will probably get nearly one hundred different opinions on who they thought Maitreya was. For over 30 years, Benjamin Creme, who was chosen to represent the master Christ (of the new age) has been preparing the world for the emergence of Maitreya and the ancient Masters of Wisdom. In May 1982, Creme revealed at a press conference in Los Angeles that “the Christ is now here” Maitreya had been living in the Asian community of London since July 19, 1977. Crème claims that Maitreya has been working behind the scenes of our changing world outpouring the “christ” energy that has caused changes on all fronts: the ending of the cold war; the break-up of the Soviet Union; the ending of apartheid in South Africa; the worldwide focus on preserving the environment. His program is described as… “ At this time of great political, economic and social crisis Maitreya will inspire humanity to see itself as one family, and create a civilization based on sharing, economic and social justice, and global cooperation.” Sound familiar? This is where we are headed and we are being driven into the corner by the new socialism being developed and the spirit of the age which is now part of our politics. Maitreya is not an exclusive Christ that has originated in Christianity by fulfilling the prophecies in the Old Testament. He is the one that all faiths have been waiting for, he is known as the same but under different names in the different religions. He will be a uniter of all the faiths he seeks to inspire and educate humanity to be one family, create world peace through sharing, economic justice and global cooperation. Maitreya is the Christ to Christians, the Imam Mahdi to Muslims, Krishna to Hindus, the Messiah to Jews, and Maitreya Buddha to Buddhists. He is the World Teacher for all, religious or not, an educator in the broadest sense. With such advertising appeal how can he go wrong, he is right for everyone. One Christ for all, even those who do not have a Christ. This becomes the ultimate appeasement to a world that is in a downward spin. The hope that a savior figure will appear and accept us all and not judge us for our sin gives us a glimpse into how dark our hearts really are. Just fix and lets get on with

Jer 23:29 “Is not My word like a fire?” says the LORD, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? Until we let God’s word penetrate our hearts to bring about repentance, no Maitreya or Christ of any name will fix the world of its sin nor save everyone who does not recognize Jesus (Yeshua) as the real Christ who came and died for their sins. 2 Pet 3:7 “But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.” Jude 1:14-15 “Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, “to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” Today is the day of salvation, for we know not what tomorrow may bring.
