Popery of shame

Adventures of Heresy in the last days Pope[s]

The unhealthy, unspiritual, unbiblical teachings of the Pope who runs the Roman Church of Catholicism.

The Pope is elected by his bishops, not by the people in the Church, nor is he appointed by the former Pope. So I do not see how they can justify him being a successor of Peter when he is voted in, by an election of bishops. The bible does not teach such a process of election.

It was Pope John Paul II who laid out the new policy of the Roman Catholic Church in their modern era. “ This necessary discernment does not hinder interreligious dialogue. In fact, for many years meetings with the various monastic communities of other religions, marked by cordial friendship, are opening ways for the mutual sharing of other spiritual riches “with regard to prayer and contemplation, faith and ways of searching for God or the Absolute”…the action of Christ and his Spirit is already mysteriously present in all who live sincerely according to their religious convictions …” (Pope John Paul II, Thirteenth Catechesis).

The Pope said what?!?!?!

(the newest statements of error and heresies are on the top of the page, not everything said is covered) It seems like there is something new every week (my comments are in blue)

* the Catholic News Agency:

"When asked by the interviewer, Fabio Fazio, how he 'imagines hell,' Pope Francis gave a short response. 'What I am going to say is not a dogma of faith but my own personal view: I like to think of hell as empty; I hope it is.'"

This man can't think biblically to save his life, What he is saying is that there is no repercussions for sin or evil, the fact is many have gone to this place in the afterlife and will continue to do so.

*The Vatican’s doctrine office has published its newest compromise to the world by saying an adult who identifies as transgender can receive the sacrament of baptism. Now transsexuals can be baptized along with aliens

THE NATIONAL CATHOLIC REPORTER: The document signed on Oct. 31 by Pope Francis and prefect Cardinal Víctor Manuel Fernández. (Is this is a trick or treat of Halloween)

The church has taught that when baptism is received without repentance for serious sins, he or she receives the “sacramental character” but not “sanctifying grace.” Does this means there is no sin involved, talk about splitting hairs.

*Pope Francis declared that “sins of the flesh” are not as serious as spiritual sins, like pride or hatred, the latter having far greater consequences.

He calls it the least serious” of all sins. (found in Chapter 5 of the book entitled “Pope Francis, the Path of Change in Politics and Society: A Future of Faith”).

If this is true why does Scripture say in 1 Cor. 6:18-19 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

The consequences of Sex outside of marriage is diminished … Moses wrote “You shall not commit adultery.”(Exodus 20: 14) However Jesus said:“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Matthew 5:27-28)

Of course his taking this position excuses so many priests who have scarred children with their sexual advances that have been headline scandals in the newspapers. The Catholic Church in France found members of the clergy had abused some 216,000 children since 1950. That’s just in France.

And what of abortion killing a life that is within you, for your own flesh? With his humanistic philosophic statements he goes against the Word, something you would think a bishop, much less a Pope would uphold.

*Pope Francis - The Acts of the Apostles relate that “no one claimed private ownership of any possessions, but everything they owned was held in common” (4:32). This is not communism, but pure Christianity.  (Pope Francis on the risen Jesus’ message of mercy April 11, 2021)

Bible’s actual scripture Acts 4:32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.”

Bible We read in Acts 2:44-45 “Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.”

Meaning they are God’s property and we are lent them temporarily. It does not say what he claims.

Shared ownership the way he describes it is the definition of communism, not Christianity

Acts 4:34-36 “nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, and laid them at the apostles' feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need.”

It was the rich that sold what they decided to, to provide for others in the church. they did not give up their home to give but what was  They did not do this for those who were unbelievers but those who were believers, the Church which was a separate organization from the Government of Rome.

What exactly is this that the Pope is proposing?  Where is this going? Are not to have private ownership of our house, or car or anything we would buy with the money we earn? The believers in the early church continued to own their private property and were generous with their possessions to others, they were not told what to do or give up anything against their will.

1 Cor. 2:15 Paul tells us in the bible " The Spiritual man judges ALL things" other scriptures command us to judge teaching by the Bible.

* A flood like Noah’s is coming because of global warming says the Pope

The pope states in a book titled Of Vices and Virtues “God’s wrath is directed against injustice, against Satan,” due for release Tuesday. “ It is directed against evil, not that which derives from human weakness, but evil of Satanic inspiration: the corruption generated by Satan .”

God’s wrath is meant to bring justice, to ‘clean up,’” the pontiff declares in an advance excerpt of the book published by the Italian daily Corriere della Sera.

“The Bible says that the flood is the result of God’s wrath,” Francis continues. “ It is a figure of God’s wrath, who according to the Bible has seen too many bad things and decides to obliterate humanity .”

The flood is a historical tale, archaeologists say, because they found traces of a flood in their excavations .”

A great flood, perhaps due to a rise in temperature and the melting of the glaciers, is what will happen now if we continue along the same path,” the pope warns.

The Pope needs to read the Bible; God made a covenant and said he would never flood the earth again. Genesis 9:11-14. And to insinuate in any manner that the first flood was because of global warming is more than ludicrous, its deceptive obviously for an agenda considering that the Roman church accepts many things that resulted in the flood, it is disingenuous to say it will come again from global warming when God said he would never flood the world with water again.

*Pope Francis Encouraged Teen Climate Activist Greta Thunberg To Continue Her Fight – 'Continue, continue,' Francis told her, ' Go on, go ahead.' (CBS NEWS APRIL 17, 2019)

Encouraging a young girl to promote fear without knowledge on the subject she speaks on is not wisdom.

*The Pope says, God is purifying his Church through the painful revelations of the abuse scandals, Pope Francis said Thursday in a meeting with the priests of the Diocese of Rome. “ Still, do not be discouraged! The Lord is purifying his Bride and is converting us all to himself .” (Rome, Italy, Mar 7, 2019)

God is exposing, not purifying. We are encouraged that these abusers will be removed. Besides, you cannot be his bride without the gospel. You are either converted (saved) or not.

*Pope Francis endorses same-sex civil unions .

Francis said in the documentary, according to the Catholic News Agency . “Homosexual people have the right to be in a family. They are children of God,” Francis said in one of his sit-down interviews for the film. “What we have to have is a civil union law; that way they are legally covered.”

Being human does not make one a citizen of God, in his family, only a spiritual birth will do this, as the Bible teaches.

He believes parents of gay children should stand by them and when asked about LGBT rights he responded, “ Wh o am I to judge?

We should never judge by our opinion, but the Word is used to judge in all things, that is God judging.

This is full turnaround from his predecessor, Pope Benedict XVI previously called homosexuality “ a strong tendency ordered toward an intrinsic moral evil ” and an “objective disorder.”

We have to find a way to help that father or that mother to stand by their son or daughter ,” Pope Francis said.

We come across this reality all the time in the confessional: a father and a mother whose son or daughter is in that situation .”

As Sergio Lo Giudice, an openly gay senator of the Democratic party, points out, the Catholic Church still has a long way to go. He has said that “ there has been no opening on the doctrinal, so homosexuality remains for the Catholic church a sin as well as a moral disorder ,” suggesting the rhetoric is merely a PR stunt to help the Pope’s image.

Whether or not acceptance of homosexuality is in the Church’s future, a dialogue that never existed before has now begun from the liberal Pope Francis.

POPE Endorses LGBT

* Pope Francis told a group of parents of L.G.B.T. children yesterday that “God loves your children as they are” and “the church loves your children as they are because they are children of God.” He did so in a brief encounter with some 40 Italian parents (both mothers and fathers) of L.G.B.T. children after the public audience in the Renaissance courtyard of San Damaso in the Vatican.

The Bible teaches contrary to the Pope, it says to become a child of God one must have faith in Christ by the gospel. This statement makes the Roman Pope a universalist, not just someone who teaches contrary to the Scripture on mans nature.

*Pope Francis declined to accept the resignation of a French cardinal convicted of covering up sexual abuse, a decision that drew fire from victims and their advocates in France and abroad. Cardinal Philippe Barbarin of Lyon had offered to step down in a private meeting with the pontiff. The Pope had cited the “ presumption of the cardinal’s innocence” declining to accept his resignation. (WALL STREET JOURNAL MARCH 19, 2019)’

With so many coming forward to show that this has been an ongoing abuse in the church, they need an independent investigation that will clear up this matter once and for all before many others are destroyed.

* ROME — Pope Francis has called on Christians to break down walls and embrace a love without borders in a new encyclical letter.

We achieve fulfilment when we break down walls.”

This is a man who rules his religious world completely walled-in a sovereign territory, the Vatican City State. He has said much about borders which he ignores himself.

In his letter titled Fratelli Tutti (Brothers All), 14 times he mentions walls, insisting that the Church wants “to build bridges, to break down walls, to sow seeds of reconciliation.”

This is not the first time, he took this position several years ago. There is a difference of spiritual walls and physical walls. All houses have walls, as does Vatican City where he lives.

*Scholars Ask Bishops To Take Action Against Pope’s ‘Heresy’

Claiming the Pope has shown 'persistent' disbelief of Catholic doctrines. They ask the world’s bishops to take action by admonishing the Pope, and – if he does not repudiate his alleged heresies – to “ declare that he has committed the canonical delict of heresy and that he must suffer the canonical consequences of his crime .” (CATHOLIC HERALD MAY 1, 2019)

Its good to know someone is taking notice and speaking out, it would be nice to see the protestants do the same

*Christ is not deity

Journalist Eugenio Scalfari published an essay in the Italian daily La Repubblica declaring, among other things, that the pope told him that he believes that Jesus of Nazareth was an exceptional man, but not God incarnate.

*According to Scalfari, founder of La Repubblica, “ Pope Francis conceives the Christ as Jesus of Nazareth, a man, not God incarnate. Once he took flesh, Jesus ceased to be a God and became a man until his death on the cross .”

Scalfari goes on to say that the pope told him that Jesus’ words from the cross “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?” testify to Christ’s merely human nature.

Pope Francis told me: ‘There are the proof that Jesus of Nazareth, once he became a man, even a man of exceptional virtue, was in no way a God ,’” Scalfari wrote.

Anyone who denies God has incarnated, come as a man in the person of Jesus Christ, who was both God and man, 2 natures as one person is denying the faith. In fact they would be rejected in the early church. Yet the Popes have claimed themselves to be as Christ, his representative on earth while he is not here.

*Vatican Refutes Pope’s Denial of Christ’s Divinity

ANDREAS SOLARO/AFP/Getty Thomas D. Williams, Ph.D.

10 Oct 2019 “ As has already been stated on other occasions, the words that Dr. Eugenio Scalfari attributes in quotation marks to the Holy Father during talks with him cannot be considered a faithful account of what was actually said, but represent rather a personal and free interpretation of what he heard, as is quite evident from what was written today about the divinity of Jesus Christ ,” reads the statement by papal spokesman Matteo Bruni.

This is not the first time the Vatican has been obliged to issue a clarification following papal interviews with Mr. Scalfari, which has led many to suspect that the pope continues to grant him interviews because he desires the confusion and ambiguity that Scalfari’s articles sow.

Pope Francis has repeatedly downplayed the importance of doctrine, the official teaching of the Church on matters of faith and morals. Being a Christian does not mean primarily “adhering to a certain doctrine,” Francis has said , but rather in binding one’s life to the person of Jesus. He has moreover often criticized those who insist on right doctrine as being “rigid,” “pharisaical,” and “legalistic.”

*Pope states “having a personal relationship with Jesus is dangerous and very harmful .” (June 25, 2017)

" The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the Blood of Christ, all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone! 'Father, the atheists?' Even the atheists. Everyone!" We must meet one another doing good. 'But I don't believe, Father, I am an atheist!' But do good: we will meet one another there."

“…Apart from the church it is not possible to find Jesus ” (Pauline chapel April 23 2013)

You cannot love God outside the church (meaning there church). You cannot be in communion with God without being so in the church.

Salvation by church only

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast .” Ephesians 2:8-9) That is faith in God.

Vatican City, Rome – Pope Francis said that people cannot be Christians without the Church, explaining that Christian identity is rooted in it and that believers cannot stand alone. “ Our Christian identity is belonging to a people: the Church. Without this, we are not Christians. We entered the Church through baptism: there we are Christians ,” Francis said during Mass on Thursday, Vatican Radio reported.

A Christian without a church is something purely idealistic, it is not real,” the Roman Catholic Church leader argued. He said that one cannot “understand a Christian alone” any more than “Jesus Christ alone” can be understood.

Jesus Christ did not fall from the sky like a superhero who comes to save us. No. Jesus Christ has a history. And we can say, and it is true, that God has a history because He wanted to walk with us. And you cannot understand Jesus Christ without His history. So a Christian without history, without a Christian nation, a Christian without the Church is incomprehensible. It is a thing of the laboratory, an artificial thing, a thing that cannot give life ,” Francis said.

The Vatican leader urged believers to “ask for the grace of memory, the memory of the journey that the people of God has made,” as well as for personal memory – “What God did for me, in my life, how has He made me walk.”

He added that the “grace of hope” is also necessary for Christian identity, explaining that he does not mean optimism, but “something else.” “Ask for the grace to renew the covenant with the Lord who has called us every day,” Francis said.

*Pope says one does not have to be born again

He posted this statement on Twitter.

In one section of his homily, Pope Francis stated: “The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the Blood of Christ: all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone! ‘Father, the atheists?’ Even the atheists. Everyone! And this Blood makes us children of God of the first class! We are created children in the likeness of God and the Blood of Christ has redeemed us all! And we all have a duty to do good. And this commandment for everyone to do good, I think, is a beautiful path towards peace. If we, each doing our own part, if we do good to others, if we meet there, doing good, and we go slowly, gently, little by little, we will make that culture of encounter: we need that so much. We must meet one another doing good. ‘But I don’t believe, Father, I am an atheist!’ But do good: we will meet one another there.” ( March 23rd, 2013 |)

So those who do not believe are now considered children of God, even those who do not believe God exists? Along with Muslims who deny Jesus Christ.

To say we meet by doing good is humanism not Christianity.

The Bible says there is none that do good or are good in the sense of their nature. We are not all redeemed, which is a term used for being saved from our sins punishment.

Pope Francis said ' With the Muslims we are descendants of the same Father, Abraham: why does God permit so many religions? God willed to permit this: the theologians of Scholasticism referred to God’s permissive voluntas. He willed to permit this reality: there are so many religions; some are born of the culture, but always looking to Heaven, looking at God. However, what God wills is fraternity among us in a special way – here is the reason for this trip – with our brothers, children of Abraham like us, the Muslims. We must not be scared by the difference: God has permitted this. ' (ZENIT APRIL 3, 2019)

Being physically descended from Abraham is not a salvation issue, Jesus made this clear. God allows man to do many choices against his will, which includes new religions. Especially those who hate and kill other children of Abraham.

*Global unity

At a meeting of the Pontifical Academy held recently, Pope Francis (shown in white) advocated a policy of decreased national sovereignty and increased global unity. A shift toward globalism is necessary, he said, in order to fight climate change and other worldwide “threats.”

" When a supranational common good is clearly identified, it is necessary to have a special authority legally and concordantly constituted capable of facilitating its implementation. We think of the great contemporary challenges of climate change, new forms of slavery and peace ,” his holiness told those gathered to discuss “ Nation, State, and Nation-State,” the conference theme.

Our only hope for planetary peace and progress is to make room for “international organizations” to develop into governing bodies, supplanting the “state interests” with the will of the United Nations, he stated.

Speaking with Ecuador’s El Universo newspaper, the Pope said that the United Nations doesn’t have enough power and must be granted full governmental control “ for the good of humanity .

Should these men who do not have the right intentions be in charge of the world?

*A historic interfaith covenant was signed Feb. 4, 2019

Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb is considered to be the most important imam in Sunni Islam, and he arrived at the signing ceremony in Abu Dhabi with Pope Francis "hand in hand in a symbol of interfaith brotherhood ." They signed a covenant, a historic declaration of fraternity, calling for peace between nations, religions and races, in front of a global audience of religious leaders from Christianity, Islam , Judaism and other faiths.

the official Vatican website , describes a tremendous amount of preparation went into the drafting of this document, much reflection and prayer" the Pope said. It encourages believers from all religions "to shake hands, embrace one another, kiss one another and pray" with one another:

Believers in what? Believers in different gods as to unite all religions. Exactly what the Bible has foretold as a warning for the last days.

*No one is a Terrorist

The Pope said, “ no people is criminal and no religion is terrorist. Christian terrorism does not exist, Jewish terrorism does not exist, and Muslim terrorism does not exist. They do not exist. No people is criminal or drug-trafficking or violent… There are fundamentalist and violent individuals in all peoples and religions—and with intolerant generalizations they become stronger because they feed on hate and xenophobia. By confronting terror with love, we work for peace.”

Vatican City, 10 February 2017 WORLD MEETINGS OF POPULAR MOVEMENTS
IN MODESTO (CALIFORNIA) [16-18 FEBRUARY 2017] (10 FEBRUARY 2017)

Apparently this man does not have an eye for reality. It’s not whether there are people who do violence are from a religion or even being of no religion, an atheist. It’s whether they do it in the name of their god and find justification from their religious book, which is a problem found in Islam from its inception.

To say it is not a problem is like saying the Roman Catholics under the former Popes never tortured and converted people under duress. It was not found in the bible but they had a man who claimed to be Christs representative tell their “church” how to interact with non believers who resisted his ways.

*Pope Francis And Iranian President Warn “End Times Are Nigh”

Pope Francis has told Iranian President Rouhani that Biblical prophesies regarding the ‘end times’ are now being fulfilled, and that the world is in irreversible turmoil and will be ‘unrecognisable’ this time next year.

Responding to President Rouhani’s claim that the Mahdi is coming , Pope Francis confirmed that indeed he is, but that his name is Christ. The Pope issued a call to action for Christians, Muslims and Jews to unite and prepare for the arrival. “ All those of the Abrahamic faiths, now is the time for unity, for the end times are nigh .”

Multiple reports have emerged from the Vatican regarding Pope Francis and President Rouhani’s conversations while touring Vatican holy museums and churches. Considering it was the first time an Iranian leader has met with a pontiff since 1989, it was by all accounts a surprisingly agreeable meeting with both leaders addressing each other as though they were trusted old friends.

However the theme of the discussion was grim, with the pope warning of dark days in the very near future. “Tears were shed,” confirmed a Vatican eyewitness. “ Both of them were struggling to hold it together at one point. They both know what is happening in the world. Pope Francis said we have entered the prophesied end times. Biblical prophecies are coming to pass .”

Their (Islam’s) Mahdi is not the same as Jesus Christ the Jewish Messiah. In fact when he comes he is said to destroy to destroy the Christians, their churches and the Jews. The ignorance of this man who heads the Vatican is filled with fallacy, inane, and the statements are a continuing dithering of reality.

*Earth care- priority

Catholic Herald tells us Pope Francis has proposed six new beatitudes:

At a Mass, Pope Francis . . . New situations require new energy and a new commitment, he then offered a new list of Beatitudes for modern Christians.

Four of the “new beatitudes” had to do with forgiving others, caring about the earth, and helping the poor and needy. One of them was ecumenical in nature: — Blessed are those who pray and work for full communion between Christians [meaning Christians and Catholics],

And the second resonated with earlier comments Pope Francis has made to indicate that this Pope is not only ecumenical, he is also inter-spiritual (all paths lead to God) and panentheistic (God is in all).

— Blessed are those who see God in every person and strive to make others also discover him.—Francis

This was the mother Theresa’s view, a universalist.

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) October 16, 2016

- Pope Francis declared two martyrs, four priests and a mystic nun saints of the Catholic church on Sunday, saying they all had a "generous and steadfast heart".

Two martyrs were also added to the Church's more than 10,000-strong roster of saints.

Assembled pilgrims applauded as he read out the names of the new saints, defined by the church as having been so holy in life they are now in Heaven and can intercede with God to perform miracles - two of which are needed to declare sainthood.”

So the Pope says there are only 10,000 (Saints) in heaven, and it is only those that the Popes decided to make saints. So no one goes to heaven without this man’s (Popes) approval. That is not the same promise from the savior, nor of Christianity.

They (the saints they appoint) intercede to perform miracles? As if Jesus is not there interceding For ALL the Saints.

*USA Today

VATICAN CITY (RNS) Pope Francis on Friday called for more intense dialogue between religious leaders, particularly Muslims, as he tries to recalibrate relations between the world’s two largest religious groups.

Speaking in the Vatican’s majestic Sala Regia, the Argentine pontiff said that part of his mission is to connect “ all people, in such a way that everyone can see in the other not an enemy, not a rival, but a brother or sister .” . . .

As today’s world becomes “more interdependent,” he added, it is necessary to “intensify dialogue among the various religions,” particularly Islam. Click here

The Bible teaches we are all enemies against God until we surrender to the gospel of peace and are redeemed.

*In an interview, Pope Francis likened Jesus Christ to ISIS and said Muslim migrants must breed with Europeans to counter “declining birth rates.”

*Pope Francis confuses Jesus Christ to ISIS. claims ISIS similar to Jesus sending his disciples to all nations May 18, 2016 twitter, CatholicNewsSvc .

Pope Francis: Spreading The Gospel Is No Different Than Waging Jihad.

In an interview published Tuesday with France’s La Croix, Pope Francis argued that Jesus’ call to spread the Gospel differs little from the jihad waged by radical Islamic terrorists.

The pope explained how ISIS’ “war of conquest” has bred a non-justified fear of Islam among Western countries.

Today, I don’t think that there is a fear of Islam as such but of ISIS and its war of conquest, which is partly drawn from Islam,” he told French newspaper La Croix . “It is true that the idea of conquest is inherent in the soul of Islam, however, it is also possible to interpret the objective in Matthew’s Gospel, where Jesus sends his disciples to all nations, in terms of the same idea of conquest.”

The Pope also said he “dreaded” hearing about the “Christian roots of Europe” because, to him, they take on “colonialist overtones” and he called on European nations to “integrate” Muslim migrants into the continent.

“This integration is all the more necessary today since, as a result of a selfish search for well-being, Europe is experiencing the grave problem of a declining birth rate,” he stated. “A demographic emptiness is developing.”

His opinions are stunningly similar to those of top Iman Sheikh Muhammad Ayed, who said Muslims should exploit the migrant crisis to breed with Europeans and “conquer their countries.”

Europe has become old and decrepit and needs human reinforcement… they are not motivated by compassion for the Levant, its people and its refugees… soon, we will trample them underfoot, Allah willing,” he stated. “Throughout Europe, all the hearts are enthused with hatred toward Muslims. They wish that we were dead, but they have lost their fertility, so they look for fertility in our midst .”

We will give them fertility! We will breed children with them, because we shall conquer their countries !”

Does killing now equate giving the gospel to save? These are opposites. Jesus did not conquer men, he gave them a choice to believe the gospel to save them. Hardly the same thing.

Being ignorant on purpose shows his animosity towards the gospel of PEACE that is in the Bible. Both Christianity and Islam seek to win converts. Jesus’s instructions were to “go forth and make disciples of all nations.” This is done by teaching peaceably. There was NO violence, no coercion, instead it was the disciples who were persecuted and killed by the pagan Roman empire and later (and still today) by Islam.

* Pope Francis to Followers: “Koran And Holy Bible Are The Same

The Bishop Of Rome addressed Catholic followers regarding the dire importance of exhibiting religious tolerance. During his hour-long speech, a smiling Pope Francis was quoted telling the Vatican’s guests that the Koran, and the spiritual teachings contained therein, are just as valid as the Holy Bible.

Jesus Christ, Jehovah, Allah. These are all names employed to describe an entity that is distinctly the same across the world. For centuries, blood has been needlessly shed because of the desire to segregate our faiths. This, however, should be the very concept which unites us as people, as nations, and as a world bound by faith. Together, we can bring about an unprecedented age of peace, all we need to achieve such a state is respect each others beliefs, for we are all children of God regardless of the name we choose to address him by. We can accomplish miraculous things in the world by merging our faiths, and the time for such a movement is now. No longer shall we slaughter our neighbors over differences in reference to their God .”

The pontiff drew harsh criticisms in December after photos of the 78-year-old Catholic leader was released of Pope Francis kissing a Koran. The Muslim Holy Book was given to Francis during a meeting with Muslim leaders after a lengthy Muslim prayer held at the Vatican.

http://nationalreport.net/pope-francis-followers-koran-holy-bible/#sthash.YGEE1DRH.dpuf

If What the Pope says on faith and morals is not to be questioned then he has convince hundreds of millions to completely apostasize from biblical truth. Jesus Christ is Jehovah not Allah, no Muslim would agree with this.

What this shows is that a Muslim Pope could be in the future.

*Promoting a One World Religion:

Pope Francis’ has a new video he speaks of his belief that all of the major religions are different paths to the same God. He says that while people from various global faiths may be “seeking God or meeting God in different ways” that it is important to keep in mind that “we are all children of God”.

What this exhibits from the Pope is a clear and stupendous bible ignorance and diminishes the only way one can have a relationship with God is through Jesus Christ. As John Paul has done so is this Pope doing the same.

Catholic News Agency

The Pope’s first-ever video message On the feast of the Epiphany Pope Francis said in his message, released Jan. 6.

Many think differently, feel differently, seeking God or meeting God in different ways. In this crowd, in this range of religions, there is only one certainty that we have for all: we are all children of God,”

Is that what the bible teaches, or what he wants it to say?

The interfaith agenda of the Pope

*Vatican City, Jan 7, 2016 on his monthly prayer intentions was released Tuesday, highlighting the importance of interreligious dialogue and the beliefs different faith traditions hold in common, such as the figure of God and love.

On the video there are leaders from various OTHER religions expressing faith in their respective deities. The following comes from an article about this new video that was posted on Christian News Network

The video features clips of those from different world religions declaring belief in their various deities.

I have confidence in Buddha,” a female lama announces.

I believe in God,” a rabbi affirms.

I believe in Jesus Christ,” a priest states.

I believe in Allah,” an Islamic leader declares.

The Pope closes the video with an appeal for people from every religion to talk with one another and to work with one another. Here is more from Catholic News Agency

After the Pope states that all, are children of God, the faith leaders state their common belief in love.

Pope Francis closes the video by expressing his hope that viewers “will spread my prayer request this month: that sincere dialogue among men and women of different faiths may produce fruits of peace and justice. I have confidence in your prayers.”

Of course this is not the first time that Pope Francis has done something like this. Very early in his papacy, he authorized “ Islamic prayers and readings from the Quran” at the Vatican for the first time in their history. “In New York, Pope Francis promoted what is now known as Chrislam, laying a Foundation For A One World Religion”. During his visit to St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan he made it very clear that he believes that Christians and Muslims worship the same God. The following is how he began his address

“I would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters: Firstly, my greetings as they celebrate the feast of sacrifice. I would have wished my greeting to be warmer. My sentiments of closeness, my sentiments of closeness in the face of tragedy. The tragedy that they suffered in Mecca.

In this moment, I give assurances of my prayers. I unite myself with you all. A prayer to almighty god, all merciful.

Islam Allah’s primary title is “the all-merciful one”. This was not the first time Pope Francis has used such language. During this very first ecumenical meeting as Pope…

I then greet and cordially thank you all, dear friends belonging to other religious traditions; first of all the Muslims, who worship the one God, living and merciful, and call upon Him in prayer , and all of you. I really appreciate your presence: in it I see a tangible sign of the will to grow in mutual esteem and cooperation for the common good of humanity.

The Catholic Church is aware of the importance of promoting friendship and respect between men and women of different religious traditions for interreligious dialogue to be accomplished, which brings about universal unity.

Pope Francis believes that all religions are different paths to the same God, laying a foundation for the coming one world religion. So what is the sense of having a gospel?

http://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/in-first-video-message-pope-francis-stresses-unity-we-are-all-children-of-god-39381/

However, there are some religious people that Pope Francis does not like. He has referred to Christian fundamentalism as “a sickness,” and he made it clear that there was no room for it in Catholicism.

“fundamentalism” is a strict holding to the tenets of the faith, a literal interpretation of the words for living. Pope Francis is apparently against any Christian that believes in a literal interpretation of the Bible.

That would be the Christians that would be against the kind of one world religion that he is promoting.

Nearly 1900 years ago, the Apostle John warned us that a one world religion was coming, and now we can see that it is coming to fruition.

In the past Waldensians, Albigensians and other Protestants were burned at the stake or killed in a multitude of other ways. If it really was the belief of “the Roman Church" that all paths lead to God this would not have taken place. However in pope Francis' church today it is.

*In his encyclical on the environment , Pope Francis acknowledged the human causes of climate change. " A very solid scientific consensus indicates that we are presently witnessing a disturbing warming of the climatic system. ... A number of scientific studies indicate that most global warming in recent decades is due to the great concentration of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen oxides and others) released mainly as a result of human activity ."

*The social action of the current Pope on the environment

Pope proclaims Environmentalism is a corporal and spiritual work of mercy,

Adding to the list of sins he called upon the faithful to repent of their causing ecological damage and make a “firm purpose of amendment” to act in concrete ways that are “more respectful of creat ion.

everyone should respect the environment, but this is really about their false global warming narrative that has people worship the earth like they do God.

*Pope says man must atone for global warming

His message for the “World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation” Pope Francis said that human-induced global warming, as well as a loss of biodiversity are “sins” against God, which must be atoned for…

During this Jubilee Year, “let us learn to implore God’s mercy for those sins against creation that we have not hitherto acknowledged and confessed,” Francis said, while proposing that Christians need to undergo an “ecological conversion.”

“Let us repent of the harm we are doing to the earth,” he added.

So the leader of the Roman church (called Pope, papa- Father) wants ALL Catholics (and others) to save the earth. Yet he does not give the gospel to save their soul which Jesus said is far more important to be proclaimed (Mt.16:26). Maybe the Pope should himself begin repenting for ruling over people he calls the faithful church, that is not under Christ, but under him as a man.

The Popes have always been a soft religious dictators. They have changed the Bible by adding their traditions. He knows the majority will always fall in line with his decisions, after all, they want to avoid the least amount of time in purgatory and be prayed into heaven by dead saints.

Pope Francis also promoted socialism during the interview.

A completely free market does not work,” he claimed. “Markets in themselves are good but they also require a fulcrum, a third party, or a state to monitor and balance them.”

“In other words, [what is needed is] a social market economy .”

It’s been estimated that in the 20th century alone, socialism and communism resulted in the deaths of at least 130 million people . Far more than any religion has killed in that short a time.

* Pope Benedict XVI, after deliberation by Vatican theologians, is abolishing the concept of Limbo that put the souls of unbaptized infants at risk.
While it was never a formal part of the church's doctrine, the existence of Limbo was taught until recently to Catholics around the world, The Times of London said. Limbo was described in Britain as "a place of rest where the souls of the just who died before Christ were detained."
This week an international commission of theologians began its final deliberations on the concept of Limbo. Vatican sources told the newspaper it had concluded that all children who die do so in the expectation of "the universal salvation of God" and the "mediation of Christ", whether baptized or not.
A Times source said the theologians' finding basically says "that all children who die go to Heaven.

There is no such statement in the Bible, this is presumption at best. God knows what child or adult enter heaven, we do not.

*Pope Francis aligns himself against Israel by recognizing the “State of Palestine.”

The Pope praised Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas as an “ angel of peace ,” and even declared Marie Alphonsine Ghattas and Mariam Baouardy, two nuns from 19th century Ottoman Palestine who cared for the poor, the first Palestinian saints of modern times .

Pope Francis needs to realize that by recognizing the fictitious ‘State of Palestine’ he is aligning himself against Israel, the Jewish people and the bible itself. And that is something we cannot forgive, nor soon forget ,” says Michael Freund of The Jerusalem Post.

The Jerusalem Post warned that such statements cannot go unanswered, calling the recognition of Palestine a “ severe blow to Catholic- Jewish relations ” and urging “ Jewish people to protest in the strongest possible terms”.

Vatican offers 'time off purgatory' to followers of Pope Francis tweets

In its latest attempt to keep up with the times the Vatican has married one of its oldest traditions to the world of social media by offering "indulgences" to followers of Pope Francis' tweets.

The church's granted indulgences reduce the time Catholics believe they will have to spend in purgatory after they have confessed and been absolved of their sins.

The remissions got a bad name in the Middle Ages because unscrupulous churchmen sold them for large sums of money. …

Indulgences these days are granted to those who carry out certain tasks – such as climbing the Sacred Steps, in Rome (reportedly brought from Pontius Pilate's house after Jesus scaled them before his crucifixion), a feat that earns believers seven years off purgatory.

But attendance at events such as the Catholic World Youth Day, in Rio de Janeiro, a week-long event starting on 22 July, can also win an indulgence.

Mindful of the faithful who cannot afford to fly to Brazil, the Vatican's sacred apostolic penitentiary, a court which handles the forgiveness of sins, has also extended the privilege to those following the "rites and pious exercises" of the event on television, radio and through social media.

"That includes following Twitter," said a source at the penitentiary, referring to Pope Francis' Twitter account, which has gathered seven million followers. "But you must be following the events live. It is not as if you can get an indulgence by chatting on the internet."

"What really counts is that the tweets the Pope sends from Brazil or the photos of the Catholic World Youth Day that go up on Pinterest produce authentic spiritual fruit in the hearts of everyone," said Celli.

The Bible:

Jesus said, " He who hears my words, and believes in Him who sent me has everlasting life, and will never come into judgment, but is passed from death to life . John 5:24

Hebrews 10:14 says clearly, " that by the one offering He has made us perfect forever.

The "precious blood of the lamb" is what God gave to take away the guilt and stain of sin. " The blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses from all sin." I John 1:7

There is no purgatory! so his campaign is useless.

*We are all children of God

Jesus in his preaching said that agape, love for others, is the only way to love God. Correct me if I'm wrong.
"You're not wrong. The Son of God became incarnate in order to instill the feeling of brotherhood in the souls of men. All are brothers and all children of God. Abba, as he called the Father. I will show you the way, he said. Follow me and you will find the Father and you will all be his children and he will take delight in you. Agape, the love of each one of us for the other, from the closest to the furthest, is in fact the only way that Jesus has given us to find the way of salvation and of the Beatitudes."
http://www.repubblica.it/cultura/2013/10/01/news/pope_s_conversation_with_scalfari_english-67643118/?refresh_ce

Jesus did not say this or mean this at all. He did not say to follow him to FIND the Father but to be born again to know God, and when you know God you will follow his Son.

* Catholic bishops not obliged to report clerical child abuse, Vatican says

Vatican guide says ‘not necessarily’ bishop’s duty to report suspects to police despite Pope Francis’s vows to redress Catholic church’s legacy of child abuse.

Church is essential for faith; there are no 'free agents,' pope says

Cindy Wooden Catholic News Service | Jun. 25, 2014 The Francis Chronicles

Vatican City

Christians are not made in a laboratory, but in a community called the church, Pope Francis said.

At his weekly general audience Wednesday, Pope Francis continued his series of audience talks about the church, telling an estimated 33,000 people that there is no such thing as "do-it-yourself" Christians or "free agents" when it comes to faith.

Every Christian, he said, can trace his or her faith back to parents, grandparents, teachers or friends. "I always remember the nun who taught me catechism. I know she's in heaven because she was a holy woman," he said.

In the Old Testament, the pope said, God called Abraham and began to form a people that would become a blessing for the world. "With great patience -- and God has a lot of it -- he prepared the people of the ancient covenant and in Jesus Christ constituted them as a sign and instrument of the union of humanity with God and unity with one another."

Pope Francis described as "dangerous" the temptation to believe that one can have "a personal, direct, immediate relationship with Jesus Christ without communion with and the mediation of the church."

"It is through our brothers and sisters with their gifts and their limits," the pope said, "that he comes to us and makes himself known. This is what belonging to the church means. Remember: Being Christian means belonging to the church. If your first name is Christian, your last name is Member of the Church."

To be catholic like the Pope, they go to church, but according to the bible, (a Christian, a believer) we are the church, living stones built as a holy temple. And no, we do not go to heaven because we are holy (like they categorize the saints), we go because of belief in the gospel. we have trusted in Christ's sacrifice, not our own works. Apparently he has pronounce condemnation on John the one who baptize Jesus for being separate and all others throughout history who have separated from others, because to him the church is not about ones faith, relationship to Christ as first priority but to all the people that attend.

*Pope, on aliens being born again

The leader of the world's 1.2 billion Roman Catholics made his comments in the homily of his morning Mass in his residence, a daily event where he speaks without prepared comments.

He told the story of a Catholic who asked a priest if even atheists had been redeemed by Jesus.

"Even them, everyone," the pope answered, according to Vatican Radio. "We all have the duty to do good," he said.

This is plain universalism, then one does not have to believe in Christ, or even that there is a God. Does this subtly apply to the Devil and demons as well?

*Let’s Baptized aliens

Francis also theorized about alien life forms , and suggested that even Martians should be welcomed to be baptized as well .

If – for example – tomorrow an expedition of Martians came, and some of them came to us, here … Martians, right? Green, with that long nose and big ears, just like children paint them … And one says, ‘But I want to be baptized!’ What would happen?” Pope Francis remarked, and told the audience that baptism is open to everyone. He also recalled the words of Peter: “If then God gave them the same gift He gave to us when we came to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to be able to hinder God? source – Christian Post

Does the bible teach of aliens on other planets? That they need to be baptized? one first needs to believe in the gospel before baptism.

*Pope: Baptise Martians May 13, 2014

Pope Francis on Monday declared that everyone has the right to be baptised, even aliens should they come knocking on the church’s door.

Christians cannot “close the door” to all those who seek baptism even if they are “green men, with a long nose and big ears, like children draw,” the pope said at his daily mass, according to Vatican Radio. May 13 2014

If tomorrow, for example, an expedition of Martians arrives and some of them come to us… and if one of them says: ‘Me, I want to be baptised!’ what would happen ?” Francis said in another display of his lively sense of humour.

Source: AFP.

A Martian is an inhabitant of the planet Mars. So he is in the clear on this statement since there are none. Is he saying something about aliens that might be used in the future? This Pope is open to the deception of human “others” outside of earth. Showing how naïve he is.

The implication that Baptism is for everyone, regardless of their life in sin and their lack of faith, is another example of the lawless unbiblical position of the Roman Catholic doctrine (infant “baptism”).
