The Prophetic healing of Becky Dvorak As new age interpretations and concepts continue to enter the church, are you equipped to identify them? Are you being strengthened to resist them? We have various known and unknown people trying to make a niche for themselves as we are in the end of the age. Word faith teaching is now basically accepted, teaching what ever you speak will take place if done by faith. Confess to possess, that is a teaching straight out of the Occult. The Bible says nothing about believers having the power to create from nothing as God does. If they really believed this they would not solicit money from you. God spoke and things were created. Ask yourself - those who claim to have this same ability do this? Has anyone seen it? Consider these two scriptures first before you read further --Lam 3:37-38 ; Ps.12:2-3. Now we have what is called ‘prophetic healing’, much like prophetic art… add the word 'prophetic' to anything and it becomes attractive and supernaturally alluring to the carnal and new believers who may know no better. A new entourage of healers are now finding their place in the church. I’m going to use some of the examples from Becky Dvorak who is an associate of the NAR. She says “ It’s time to join the ranks of God’s remnant and take hold of the Kingdom of God by force, be about your heavenly Father’s business, and win the lost in great numbers. Prophetic healing easily wins souls over to God” Taking the kingdom by force is not a good or APPROPRIATE thing for believers to do. The truth Of this scripture, “ he kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force " (Matt 11:12). When one does not interpret these simple scriptures correctly, how they interpret the harder ones can be disastrous. Jesus said, “ Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.”(Mt.11:12) Not the violent. It is men of violence who take it by force. One cannot enter the kingdom of God by being violent, by force. The kingdom is given to you freely because you believed in the gospel. We are to wait patiently until Jesus returns for it to be a reality in earth. The violent men were the Pharisees using force to take hold of the kingdom, and disallowed Jesus to be in his rightful place. Jesus rebuked them “For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.” (Matt 23:11-13) “For many years, and still counting, the devil agitates and stirs up the religious spirits among believers and hinders the mighty move of prophetic healing in all areas of life; spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical healing. But even though he may have been able to pull the wool over the eyes of a vast number of Christians for quite some time now, the Spirit of God is on the move, the remnant is on the rise, and the prophetic power of healing is on her tongue . It’s time to join the ranks of God’s remnant and take hold of the Kingdom of God by force, be about your heavenly Father’s business, and win the lost in great numbers. Prophetic healing easily wins souls over to God.” According to Becky, you are not part of the remnant unless you join and take hold of the Kingdom of God by force… What is ‘prophetic healing?’ We find it is a new spin on basic word faith practice. If one were to look up this phrase in Scripture they will not find it, this is an invention to promote a specialty that she offers. Dvorak says, “I am a strong advocate for the power of the spoken word, and every word that we speak prophesies either life or death. And with the power of this revelation, I see the dead come back to life, incurable diseases healed, tumors disappear, blind eyes see, deaf ears hear, paralytics walk, and unusual and unexplainable miracles manifest . All of this and so much more , because I have learned how to wield the supernatural power of prophetic words that heal .’ So she is entrenched in the false teaching of word faith which claims we can speak things to life. Blind, deaf, paralyzed will walk again, what she is citing is what the Scripture says will take place in the Millennium when Jesus is present, not at the end of the age. If it is not clear where she sits she also says “ The sword of the Spirit is the spoken Word of God. And you have to take up the Scriptures and speak them aloud until they produce what you have need of. … Words have the power to produce life or death. It's important to override the enemy's report of defeat and death with words of faith, life, and victory. "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit" (Prov. 18:21)." -- Becky Dvorak She reinterprets the Scripture, it reads, the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Eph. 6:17) Not just spoken but what is written to read. She makes this into some magical way to produce what we desire. as if we have all authority. The power of the tongue is straight out of the word faith Bible teachers handbook (see this article Proverbs 18:20 - 21) If her words can do this then there is no need to pray and we become as God. In fact she says "you do not beg God for your answer" which is how she represents prayer, in her teaching of speaking to this mountain (which is Satan in the way) “If you receive a bad medical report filled with death and doom, override it with spoken words of faith. Say aloud, "I shall not die, but I shall live and declare the works of the Lord" (Ps. 118:17). If they say, "There is no hope." You turn the situation around and speak forth, "Then I am in right standing for a miracle. According to Matthew 19:26, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Is this craziness? No, it's faith talk, and it is pleasing to the Father.” ‘No lie is of the truth’ according to Gods Word, but according to Devorak’s word no one will die if they speak this out loud! How many have already died doing this? I can tell its many more than have survived. But she sells a book titled ‘Conquering the spirt of death’ (for $16.99) She quoted Matthew 19:26 out of its context, misapplying it. This verse is dealing with a rich man entering the kingdom of heaven, that with God all things are possible (since it is more difficult because they love riches). The Spirit of the Lord would encourage you this day, “I am the bridge between mediocre Christianity and a lifestyle in the Spirit where dreams come true and visions are seen with the physical eye. Cross over this bridge with Me. Don’t be afraid, I will lead you and guide you into all truth in My ways. And those of you who will follow Me will catapult into a higher realm where you and those around you will heal by the prophetic power of your words. ” This proves the Latter Rain movement is nothing but new age occultism, this is what William Branham taught. And I do not care what she claims to see, because in word faith you must believe it happened first to make it happen. To state you cross over, to go to a higher realm is not what Christianity teaches. To promise powers that the bible does not shows she has departed from the Word by using the words meaning out of context. No scripture to validate her words, just her own words… ‘God told me!’ She says "Jesus says that the thief, the devil, comes to steal, to kill and to destroy (see John 10:10a). And a couple of weapons that Satan uses against us are sickness and disease. That's right, sickness and disease steal joy, finances and the future from us. They not only kill the human body, but they also kill hopes and dreams. They cause such havoc upon relationships that close relationships are often destroyed by the stress of it all. They also destroy such things in our lives such as our witness of a loving and faithful God, and a peaceful state of mind. This is the reality of so many lives afflicted by sickness and disease, but we do not have to remain in the devil's realm of chaos." -- Becky Dvorak She cannot divide the Word of truth accurately, Satan cannot do a thing like she says without Gods permission. The only chaos here is here is her reinterpreting Scripture. God uses all in our lives, the bible tells us this. Rom. 8:27-28 He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God , to those who are the called according to His purpose.” V :31-36 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? V.35 “ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword ? V:37-39 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” The thief is not just the devil but a hireling who does not protect the Church. Becky claims Becky claimed on Sid Roth's mystic program “Its supernatural” that she healed nearly a hundred people of arthritis at one time... Can we see the nearly hundred people on video or hear from them! Is any of this filmed on a cell phone? That’s a lot of people that have arthritis, is that 100 out of one thousand? Just this weekend I was ministering in Zanesville, Ohio, and so many received their healings. By their faith, they hit this refresh button of faith, and their lives are beginning over again without sickness and disease and all the pain and suffering they bring ." -- Becky Dvorak Everywhere she goes the stories follow, and why not, Becky claims she has 7 "healing angels" who follow her around, William Branham only had one. She must be 7 times more powerful then him. Sounds like she was trained in the healing rooms ministry that is also doing damage with their wrong interpretations. God can miraculously heal anyone, he does not need their hype, she has joined herself with the long line of false teachers that are active today, the very ones Jesus warned us of. This is another one of the blah, blah, blah ministries. The Prophetic Power of Your Words Becky Dvorak says “ It’s time to join the ranks of God’s remnant and take hold of the Kingdom of God by force, be about your heavenly Father’s business, and win the lost in great numbers. Prophetic healing easily wins souls over to God prophetic healing is real, and it is for today.” And exactly where is this prophetic healing found described in the Bible? nowhere. “But the enemy is afraid of the effectiveness of the prophetic healing and speaks lies among the Body of Christ. Some of our brothers and sisters in Christ believe prophetic healers are of the devil and these are occult practices. But I ask you to be reasonable, “Would satan desire for you to be delivered from demons? Would he want you to be healed from cancer and win people to Jesus with the words of your healing testimony? Would he be glad if your next door neighbor regained their sight? Or that your grandfather’s deaf ears open so he can hear the Word of God preached again?” Seems so convincing using a reverse argument for her support. The problem with all this is that she and others teach like we are in the Millennium (which is what the Latter rain movement is all about) “The vocabulary of faith defies the natural realm of understanding . And it is a supernatural weapon given to us to use for God's glory in our lives. And if and when we do wield this weapon of faith and decree life in place of death, healing instead of sickness and strength over weakness, the manifestation of our much desired miracle will manifest." -- Becky Dvorak No, the vocabulary of faith is the Word of God which is written for our understanding, but making up new phrases with accompanying interpretations and application, faith as a supernatural weapon does bring confusion to what it really is. "What is the victory you need? For many of you, it is physical healing. Then you need to learn how to activate your faith and run your race all the way through the finish line --the manifestation of that healing and beyond. You need to stay focused on the goal and not be sidetracked by the voices of the doubters sitting on the sidelines, encouraging you to fail. Yes, in the Christian world, there are those who have aligned themselves with the team of Doubting Thomas. Don't listen to them. You were running well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth? This persuasion does not come from Him who calls you..." -- Becky Dvorak I will tell you who hindered you from the truth; she did! Activate your faith? According to Dvorak, the race is about getting healed. If you are not healed, then you did not activate your faith to run the race, or, you listened to doubters. To run the race is about having salvation not healing, her teaching is grabbing Bible words and phrases wherever she can find them to produce her slanted teaching. They have no real application because they are out of context. She is just one of the numerous word faith teachers that are misleading the church into wrong understanding of the Word. Faith – biblical faith agrees with the Word and nowhere do we find the apostles teaching any of this, they did not go and tell everyone they are healed. If you are struggling with the doctrinal position that ‘words have Prophetic Power’ she has her testimony of learning from false teachers to convince you with. Perhaps you struggle with this doctrinal position that your words have prophetic power to heal the sick, including yourself. If so, you’re not alone, this is my beginning: Back in the 1970s before I became a born-again Christian, I had never heard of such teaching. Back when I was a teenager, I would occasionally watch the American televangelist, Robert Schuller with my mom. If you recognize the name, you know his message was about the positive power of our words. I was drawn to the brightness of his mes sage, but even then, this feel-good message did not reel me into the Kingdom of God. But it did instill within me hope, and that is the precursor to faith. And it certainly was not what I was accustomed to hearing from the pulpit. Robert Schuller is the last person anyone should be influenced by as he taught another gospel. “And this is the heart of the problem, there is little teaching from the pulpit to equip God’s people in the prophetic power of their words . To teach them to release words of victory in every situation. It’s not comfortable for the man or woman of God to teach a message from the pulpit that convicts people to change. … Change to what is the question? Is this equipping Gods people? Or introducing a whole different Christianity to live by? It is the latter. This is why the prophetic power of words is not taught over the churches history, because it’s not biblical! So she teaches that words, both positive and negative have power …”This passiveness from the pulpit hurts the Body of Christ. Many times lay people speak such negative words over themselves and suffer for their poor choice of words …. If you have been following my writings, you know that I became born-again and baptized with the Holy Spirit in May 1979 when I was 18 years of age at Jesus People Church, downtown Minneapolis, on Hennepin Avenue in Minnesota. It was here that I first heard the voice of the Word and the Spirit of God. Even though I was spiritually dead and could not fully understand what was being taught, my spirit was being opened up to truth and God’s Spirit was wooing me to enter into His Kingdom. And the moment I surrendered my life to Jesus, my spiritual ears were opened and I could comprehend the Word of God, and I also could readily discern and hear God’s voice speaking to me” The problem is that she still can’t interpret the simple things spoken in the word of God.. Then due to a moral crisis, the church dispersed; but even still, many ministries were birthed out of that movement. And it was from there that my husband and I found ourselves in a little A-frame church called The Church of the Jubilee, under Roger and Marlene Davis. It was here, in the 1980s, where my faith was cultivated in the Word of God by these lovers and teachers of the Word, and I began to grow and mature in the faith. Not only from the teachings of my pastors but from other great teachers of the Word like the late Kenneth E. Hagin . In addition, my husband and I would catch the early Sunday morning telecast with Kenneth and Gloria Copeland before heading out to the Sunday morning service at our local church where we also served.” Kenneth Hagin took William Branham’s word faith teaching and made it his own, so did Copeland. What did Jesus say about the root of a tree and its fruit? … there was also the late Dr. Richard E. Eby, whom I only heard three times, but he deposited into me such deep things of the Spirit with his life and death testimony. Whether through conferences or books, these people of God captured my heart with their message of faith. They instilled within me a love for the Word. And this biblical teaching catapulted me into the realm of faith like no other. “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). Every one of these teachers of the Word taught me another element of faith.” So here is her admittance that she learned from false teachers as she drops every name she can. While she claims she loves the word, she departs from it by teaching the faith teachers interpretation. It was in the mid-eighties, and the pastors invited a guest speaker by the name of Charles Capps. Once again, I found myself unlearned in this area, but still intrigued with regard to the message of the power of our spoken words. But this time another element was introduced to me, the prophetic power of God’s Word spoken. I don’t recall if the actual word prophetic was mentioned, but the concept and working of it was being taught. After the service, the speaker was selling a little booklet of Scriptures on the back table. I picked up a copy and devoured it . I would use the faith Scriptures in this booklet in prayer and witnessed success in the power of the spoken word. Then over the years as my faith grew in the knowledge and revelation of the Word, so did my spiritual ability increase in the arena of the prophetic, especially in the realm of prophetic healing. If you glean anything from my beginning to learn to live in the power of faith-filled words, I pray that you will see that I had a purpose within my heart to live in the realm of faith that would please God and bring about His glory.” So now we can see what she was influenced by and how she can Declare Victory Over Coronavirus with This Healing Creed. “With wisdom from on high (James 3:17) I activate the Sword of the Spirit (Eph. 6:17). With the realization that I possess the power of life and death in my tongue (Prov. 18:21) I exercise His authority (Luke 10:19). And I curse this sickness at its very root and seed (Mark 11:12-24) and say no disease will prosper in my body (Isa. 54:17). This is the same consistent false interpretation she has been giving “ Now” Faith When you say, “I believe God will heal me,” you are speaking future tense and the healing does not manifest because you can’t catch up to the future . The future is always in the realm of tomorrow. That’s why God says in Hebrews 11:1 that faith is now. Knowing that faith is in the present tense of now will change the way you pray and make your petitions known. With the power of your tongue you can be a giver of life. You can release creative power to open blind eyes and deaf ears, unmute voices, loose the paralytic, and release healing power to weak and sick body organs and systems. Go deep into the cellular realm with the power of the Spirit and prophetically rearrange dysfunctional DNA . With this prophetic utterance you can send forth resurrection power that raises the dead in spirit, soul and in the physical body.” (“The healing power of your words. your destiny is in your mouth ” Sid Roths Mispochah magazine Nov.2018) She gives no proof of this except in words. Teachers like Becky have been around long enough for people to see how her teaching is wrong, that is, unless they are travelling on the same occult road she is on.
