State of the Church today Being a Survivor of the growing Apostasy
Listening to prophet's instead of the prophecy in the Bible will mislead you. Listening to teachers distortions of the Bible will also mislead you. I can guarantee this is what will take place for many according to God’s word. This is exactly what Jesus warned of taking place in the last days, this is why he said a number of times “see to it no one deceives,” to his disciples which echoes down the corridors of time to us today. Is the majority of the church, a whole new generation about to be deceived? We have the new revivalism taking place all over again. This is a warning to all who will hear. It was Benny Hinn who started this whole flawed concept of impartation of anointing and revival to an already open Church seeking an experience. He introduce Rodney Browne who infected so many. From Toronto to Brownsville to Lakeland with Todd Bentley to what is taking place today at the send and the new revival fire of Brownsville The adoration of man has prevented the church from resisting the many false teachers inside. There is nothing wrong with admiration or respect of a person’s work that is accordance with the word but when these men and their words become more important than the words of Jesus - watch out. The youth knew no better and because they are unlearned on these matters and cannot discern, they were unable to learn from modern Church history and walked into it because their pastors knew nothing about it either. When the word is not being taught or explained, people get hunger pains and begin to search for food elsewhere. Because of Spiritual starvation they will pick up scraps wherever they can, even if it’s not Christianity. They become scavengers who lack that discernment, they don’t know any better because they have not been taught doctrine correctly so they are willing to accept anything that seems to have protein. The church has levels of luxury and comfort unseen before in history and it is eating away at her from within. This is the church that boasts of its prosperity and effectiveness. “I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing.” Yet Jesus sees what is really taking place and his response is “and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.” Laodicea had no commendation only rebuke. It is the only church Jesus has absolutely nothing good to say about. So he tells them “Therefore be zealous and repent.” “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” He doesn’t give up on them, he is faithful while they are faithless. I have little hope for those who are the leaders, but have hope for those who follow that they will see it for what it actually is, not the false image they present . These are perilous times for those who want to live Godly and follow the Word of God. In these days we all need to examine ourselves to see where we are continuing in the faith. Has our love continued to grow for the brethren or grown cold? Do things that once mattered to us still matter? Are we willing to lose friends to side with the truth? Has the world removed us from our relationship with Christ? Has our church or a teacher we have been listening to increased our relationship to Jesus Christ or gained our affection more than Jesus Christ and his words? Do we still not understand that Satan is a supernatural being and angel of the highest magnitude. Whatever the Devil can produce to deceive people, even if there are some benefits, he will use it. These are those who have been predisposed to following those who claim to do miracles. 2 Cor. 11:14-15 “For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness.” Can you tell right doctrine from false doctrine? Your survival may depend on it. First: we have his presence in us, that is what the new covenant is all about. Apparently God is instructing her in the opposite of His Word. We are told to preach His word Col. 1:28 Him we preach; 2 Tim. 4:2 Preach the word!. Second: when we pray God always hears us. It’s not about our aim but if we are praying according to His will that He can answer our prayer (in his timing) . There is no such teaching in the Bible. Apparently this women is teaching people a very different Christianity than the Bible. We ask according to His word and will, so one must understand this is not the God of the Scripture speaking to her.
This is the confusion you get from the revivalism of today, it has mysticism. Gnosticism ingrained.
Todd Bentley has ruined himself by first having affair and running off with his secretary Jessa and divorcing his wife. Now he is accused of all kinds of sordid things from those who know him
Bentley denies it.
How one can think Lakeland was genuine, what has taken place shows the judgment of the church has failed miserably from the lack of discerning of those around him.
There are newcomers, rising stars we need to be aware of. Beware of Todd White who seems to be involved with all the false revivalism as he has ingratiated himself to all the false teachers. “Back in 2008 when Patricia King came to glory school, I met her for the first time didn’t know her. What God has been stirring in me is that he is raising up a generation that will be the new breed, a new breed of Christianity, a new breed, one that would walk in the love of God that is so consumed by a passionate love for him, a passionate love that is from him, for him and back to him. Thanks you Todd for repeating the Latter Rain words of Bob Jones, Mike Bickle, Paul Cain and Rick Joyner and Todd Bentley. Could White be the new Todd Bentley? Certainly. He as ecumenical as one can get, he agrees with word faith teaching and he denies Jesus was God in the flesh, he has all the requirements to lead another false revival. The Bible tells us to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord. This means we learn His word correctly. We rightly divide his word not wrongly divide it as these new revelation teachers are doing. Let’s understand that if someone falls or shakes in church does that mean its spiritual? We see the same in the world, Turret syndrome and other neurological diseases can look very much the same Consider Satan’s plan for the church. Look at what has transpired over the last few years. He enjoys that everyone is on the floor laughing and writhing out of control. All of their focus is on themselves, they think they are experiencing a blessing from God. Satan’s greatest scheme is to give one a spiritual experience and have them be convinced it’s from God. It worked on William Branham who was being tortured by visions until an angel came to him to convince him it was a gift from almighty God before he was born on earth. In the meantime, new converts are not trained to be equipped to give rational biblical answers about who Christ is and why the gospel saves. The churches have become paralyzed with pleasure, self focused. The cults and false religions look more sane and more inviting than those screaming, shaking being out of control in their body. If the church continues to fall for this new wave nonsense there will be an unprecedented rise in the cults. How do we make sense out of people who had an experience with tears and testimonies believe these unbiblical experiences are from God. Jesus said if you love me you will keep my commandments you will continue in my word. We have already been given the way to love him and know how to obey him. The new wave is experiential in that it is man centered, it is about what can I experience to know he loves me, even though he has already said over and over again that He died because he loves us, and that we understand and accept this and walk by faith. However, one walks away with a whole new view of Jesus after their experience of being drunk or receiving a fire baptism (there is no such thing for a believer). It is NOT grounded in truth, they come away with a drastically new outlook of the world and Jesus. This prevents one from becoming more proficient in the word, in their witnessing and prayer life. Sadly, many have later experienced turmoil, confusion and all that they have learned prior becoming hazy. What we must come to realize is that many churches has been taken over by false teachers and prophets. There are only few who speak the gospel and the word correctly. That is the state we are in today. Too many do not recognize it because they have not heard accurate Bible teaching. The modern revival we need first has these elements that you may learn in us not to think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on behalf of one against the other.” (1 Cor. 4:6) “And let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet urgent needs, that they may not be unfruitful.” (Titus 3:14) Rom. 15:4 “For whatever things were written before were written for our learning , that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. Rom. 16:17 “Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned , and avoid them.” If these are held the confusion, misleading and manipulation would be minimized and health will return.
