Pt. 2 Doomsdayer Mike Adams Prophetic disaster for Israel and the world.

Learning to interpret Scripture correctly (The influence of Goodman's interpretations)

Adams refers to the book 'The Comets of God,' by Dr. Jeffrey Goodman, which he abundantly and confidently uses.

What we need to know about Goodman, he was originally known as a proponent of psychic archaeology (whatever that is). In his book American Genesis Goodman determines that the conventional scenario is backwards. Modern human beings did not originate in Africa, but in California, where he claims the Garden of Eden was half a million years ago. Modern man was originally found in California 500,000 years ago. So he does not adhere at all to what the bible says very plainly where the cradle of civilization started.

Jeffrey Goodman is an independent archaeologist who holds a geological engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines, a M.A. in anthropology from the University of Arizona, and a Ph.D. in anthropology from California Coast University. He also earned a M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He was accredited by the former Society of Professional Archeologists from 1978 to 1987.

This does not amount to anything when one severely departs from the biblical record while teaching biblical prophecy. But this is only where it begins… Adams teaches his end times from Goodman, “points out that the Bible refers to comets as God's mighty ones, weapons of wrath and ministers of flaming fire. These celestial bodies, he argues, have been used by God to reveal Himself to mankind and to bring about correction and judgment….. Let's take a closer look at some of the events Goodman discusses. First up, the story of Noah's flood.

Goodman argues that the flood was not caused by rain alone, but by a massive comet impact that triggered a colossal tsunami. He points to the discovery of the Burkle Crater, which he believes is the smoking gun for this cosmic event. The impact, he suggests, would have generated waves of unimaginable height, capable of covering the highest mountains and leaving behind the devastation described in the Bible. Similarly, Goodman connects the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah to a cometary event. He interprets the biblical phrase, fire and brimstone, as a description of a comet breaking up in the atmosphere, raining down fiery debris and sulfurous compounds. …Goodman also explores the plagues of Egypt, suggesting that they were the result of cometary activity.

The Bible neglects mentioning a comet as the main cause, because a comet has nothing to do with the flood. It describes in Gen. 6:17 “I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth.” Gen 7:4 “I will cause it to rain on the earth forty days and forty nights.” V.7 Noah and his family went into the ark because of the waters of the flood, seven days passed. 11-12 “the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.” I have yet to see God miss explaining something this serious and catastrophic. See Ps.74:15 Jesus says it was a flood Matt 24:39; Lk 17:27; Job 22:16 The “foundations were swept away by a flood.

As far as Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed directly by God sending a fiery cataclysm of fire and brimstone upon it (Gen. 19). It is possible that a meteor strike occurred under God's supervision, bringing total desolation, making it uninhabitable.

As for the plagues of Egypt, he is entirely wrong. They are called plagues, but not all are categorized as such. All were supernatural and referred to the hand of God. Caused by Egypt’s disobedience to Genesis 12:3, the 10 plagues were sent to demolish the gods of the Egyptians, showing the power of the true God as superior. Distinguishing Israel, who were living in the land and being protected, while Egypt was not. Let's get to the topic, Adams says, “Perhaps the most intriguing part of Goodman's argument is his interpretation of the Book of Revelation. He believes that the catastrophic events described in Revelation, such as the stars falling from the sky, the great earthquake, and the disappearance of mountains and islands, are all the result of a series of cometary impacts.” (2025 Easter service) All are? Or some are?

“And remember the comets were called angels and they had, you know, illumination and white glowing faces and burning pillars of fire at their feet and things like ) that. So see if you can find any similar language here in verse 11. Now I saw heaven opened and behold a white horse and he who sat on him was called faithful and true. And in righteousness he judges and makes war. So immediately, almost everybody in the church who talks about this says, that's Christ coming on a horse. He judges and makes war. Well, what if it's not Christ, but a comet that God sends down as judgment and to make war upon those who are committing evil? What if it's not a white horse, but a glowing fiery comet? … Verse 12. His eyes were like a flame of fire. Ooh, that sounds very much comet-like, doesn't it?’ (063 - God's comets DEFEAT the Devil, the Beast and the Anti-Christ sorcerer

No, it does not sound like a comet. Adams' what-ifs are used as an alternative to the Word

The 7th trumpet It is in Rev. 8:10-11 we find something from space, a comet, a meteor, or some other object that has poison contained within it. The only description in Revelation that is likened to a comet that we can be definite on is wormwood (Rv. 8), for even the stars are sometimes spoken of in Revelation and are at times used symbolically, representing the fallen angels.

some of the comet impacts are described as plagues. When meteors are falling out of the sky, these are often described as plagues…” (Sermon 074 - Joel, Ezekiel, Peter, Matthew and John) Says who? Goodman suggests that the plagues of Egypt were the result of comet activity. “He draws on the work of astronomers who have identified a close encounter between Earth and Comet Halley around 1404 BC, within the timeframe of the Exodus. He argues that the plagues, such as the Nile turning to blood, the boils, and the hail mixed with fire, could be explained by the dust, debris, and chemical compounds released by the comet. He further suggests that the pillar of cloud and fire that led the Israelites through the desert was a comet. “the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.” (2025 Easter Sunday special message from the Health Ranger: God DESTROYS all human life on Earth.)

First problem is that it is at least 40 years before 1400 BC Israel is in Egypt, still to be released. This man has a great imagination, and is not using the Word to interpret the Word, the Bibles explanation is more often diminished, negated. The plagues in Egypt happened over many months. And the pillar of fire is not some slow-moving comet that shows up night after night, and is turned into cloud by day. This is beyond ridiculous. Neh. 9:12 “You led them by day with a cloudy pillar, and by night with a pillar of fire, to give them light on the road which they should travel.” Does a meteor give light for hours night after night? This is God’s Glory. It is the visible presence of God that Adams minimizes constantly. Ex. 13:21-22 “And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people.” End of discussion! There seems to be anti-supernatural view of God in all this.

Let's look at the various instances of objects falling from the heavens. Rev. 6:13 the stars of heaven fell to the earth could be meteor or another object. Rev 8:10-11 “the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.

It is here that an object, like a comet or meteor, is mentioned; the Earth is not being pummeled by these one after another, as Adams teaches. There are all kinds of upheavals in nature during the tribulation time, earthquakes, volcanoes; the natural order of things is in upheaval. It is here that there is an object like a comet or meteor mentioned, the Earth is not being pummeled by these one after another, as Adams teaches. And this has nothing to do with the last trumpet.

Rev. 8:8-9 “And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; and there died the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, even they that had life…” The great mountain burning with fire can be a meteor from heaven or even a massive volcanic eruption on earth. A third of the salt water (oceans), are poisoned, killing sea life, turns the seas to blood. Numerous Tribulation judgments have similarities to the ten plagues God brought on Egypt, Showing which God it is that is judging the world.

Rev 9:1-3 “And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit. Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.”

John describes this star as a ‘he’ not an it, whose purpose is to release a demonic army to attack those who not protected by God. In a sermon titled ‘My job is to help you FREE YOUR MIND from delusions and myths”, he promote his own. “there's a star coming out of the sky and it hits the earth. giant meteor, obviously. To him was given the key to the bottomless pit.”What is the bottomless pit? It's a giant hole that opens up in Earth's crust because of the impact.

Adams once again, “This is the Comet having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. What's the key to the bottomless pit? It's opening up the earth and revealing the bottomless pit, revealing a great fracture of the planet.” He even says This is the Comet defeats Satan.” (068 - 1 Thessalonians Ch 5)

A comet defeats Satan? Not Jesus? In fact he has nothing to do with any of the vengeance against evil, it’s all comets; sure it is.

This is addressed in Isa 24:19-21 “the earth is violently broken, The earth is split open, The earth is shaken exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, And shall totter like a hut; Its transgression shall be heavy upon it, And it will fall, and not rise again. It shall come to pass in that day That the LORD will punish on high the host of exalted ones.” These hosts are the ancient fallen angels that try to rule over men.

What is described by Isaiah is the devastation on the earth that corresponds to the judgments of Revelation 8-9. Adams describes the scripture in detail, “Those are the long string-like tails of the comets. Their teeth were like lion's teeth. That's the outer crust of the comet breaking up into sharp features as it's coming in.…now the number of the army of the horsemen was 200 million…Those who sat on them had breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow. And the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone. So what's he describing here? First of all, there's no army on earth, not in the past, not in the present, that has 200 million horsemen, that has never existed in the history of the earth, not even close. There was never an army that had a million horsemen, much less 200 million.” (063 - God's comets DEFEAT the Devil, the Beast and the Anti-Christ sorcerer)

Rev 9:10-12 “They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months. And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon.

They come from the pit; they are not man-made army, not a human army; they come out of the pit, showing us how many fallen angels were incarcerated. Dr. Fruchtenbaum comments, “the Trumpet Judgments of Revelation 8 9, the first, second, third, and sixth Trumpet Judgments are judgments of fire. In the Bowl Judgments of Revelation 16, the fourth Bowl Judg-ment is a judgment of fire. During the Great Tribulation, there will be a burning of the earth. In fact, somewhere between two thirds and three quarters of the earth’s surface will be destroyed during the Great Tribulation.” But with all this, it’s not total destruction like Adam teaches. Rev 9:1

“An angel encompassed with light suddenly descended, and seemed like a star falling from heaven” (from Adam Clarke's Commentary). Rev 9:1 “that some intelligent being of exalted rank, and of baleful influence, is here referred to Angels, good and bad, are often called stars; but the reference here, as in Rev 8:10, seems to me not to be to angels, but to some mighty leader of armies, who was to collect his hosts, and to go through the world in the work of destruction. (from Barnes' Notes)

Rev 16:21 “And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great. We have hailstones today, these are not comets; these super-sized hailstones and are not fiery hail.

Rev 22:16-17 Jesus says of himself, I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star." Is Jesus not coming, and he is sending a comet like Adams misapplies?

the seventh trumpet ends all human life on earth, including Israel. There will not be one Israeli left alive on this planet and few who have the quality of souls that will even enter into heaven. Most Israelis will go to hell and all of Israel will be destroyed by God, by God himself. Not saved” (066 - Ezekiel Ch 39 - God DESTROYS ISRAEL after thousands of years of Israeli wickedness, evil and deception).

For someone who speaks like this, it certainly shows that whatever semblance of Christianity he has, it is damaged. I don’t think his liberal new ageism is doing any better. This trumpet he also says is not the rapture, there is none, not pre mid, or post, too bad believers, no one gets out alive. “there's no rapture where your physical body floats up into the sky and then you join heaven in your body and you walk around in heaven in your body. Your body's gone (Adams #068) that means there is no resurrection either. At the same time he says that there is a rapture at the end of the tribulation. Yet he also says the second coming of Christ is a total myth. (X post Adams on April 22, 2023) “The seventh trumpet is the final cleansing trumpet that destroys all of Earth, kills every living human being, including killing all evil.” (Sermon 074 Joel, Ezekiel, Peter, Matthew and John).

I suspect if all are killed, the non- evil would be included. But I can’t expect any of this to make sense, he’s too confused. He “describes the seven trumpets and the seven bowls as seven impacts of asteroids or comets, great impacts that ultimately destroy earth and then end up creating the new earth as all of the good souls are raptured into heaven at the end of the tribulation” (Adams 074 - Joel, Ezekiel, Peter, Matthew and John).

Where’s the 1,000 year reign of Christ? That too is gone. In fact if you listen to this persons teaching of the bible your faith will be gone. His infatuation with comets are seen in nearly every verse that has a judgment, he interprets “A great earthquake in the land of Israel. What will cause this earthquake? Obviously a comet impact.” (066)

The problem with this interpretation is that when we read the scripture carefully, Rev. 6:12-15, “the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place” Obviously not real stars that are suns.

Rev.6:12 speaks of a great earthquake (which is not caused by a comet), which causes a blackout of the sun and moon. The earthquake is first, which causes the pollution to block out the sun, so it is not from one comet or many, as this can also be volcanic. The judgments in Revelation are continuing to increase and show God's control over nature and the earth. The sixth seal ends the first series of judgments. Jesus said in Mark 13:24-25 “after that tribulation, (after it has begun) the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in heaven will be shaken.”

And the stars from heaven are interpreted for us in the book of Revelation. The powers he is speaking of are Satan's, hierarchy, there are certain stars which are symbolic. Rev 6:13-14 “And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.” We also have Rev 12:4 “His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.” Obviously symbolic of another event. This pertains to the past, with Satan and his (1 third fallen angels) demons trying to stop the birth of Jesus.

When a star is used symbolically for an angel, no actual star is seen. Rather, an angel is seen, but called a star, because it means radiance. In Revelation 8:11-12; 9:1, etc. What John saw was an angel, but called him a star since in the Old Testament, that was the symbolic of angels (morning star[s].

The Bible records at least five blackouts during the tribulation, this is the second one, where we are told that many hide in caves “hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of their wrath is come; and who is able to stand? So it tells us they have a realization, they know who is sending the judgment. Rev 8:12 “the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars , so that a third of them were darkened.” This is another blackout on earth so we cannot see the sky.

Adams argues that the seven trumpets and seven vials are descriptions of seven rounds of comet bombardment, each with increasingly devastating effects. He suggests that these events are not symbolic, but literal descriptions of cosmic catastrophes. Goodman further connects the biblical concept of the Day of the Lord and the Battle of Armageddon to comet activity.

Adams insists, “The Bible in Revelation actually never says it's Jesus. It just says there's this thing on a white horse coming out of heaven in the sky. I mean, we can read the passage if we want to, but I've been over this many times. It's not Jesus. It doesn't claim to be Jesus...It is, in fact, God's weapon against the Middle East, against Israel. And that weapon is a giant comet.” (079 - Daniel Ch. 7 - Is the BEAST a symbol of Zionism? God destroys Israel and ends evil with the 666 weapon)

That settles it, Mike Adams has spoken! Is he a prophet who replaces all the others in the bible? The new apostle of alternate realities who thinks we are in a simulation. Calling this thing, that’s not Jesus. In fact, he teaches, “great impacts that ultimately destroy earth and then end up creating the new earth as all of the good souls are raptured into heaven at the end of the tribulation. And the tribulation period is this period of impacts that destroy all of human civilization” (074 - Joel, Ezekiel, Peter, Matthew and John all warned about the final "Day of the Lord" END TIMES events)

He speaks on The tribulation a number of times associated with Israel but in these messages, I do not hear him say ‘Jacob’s trouble,’ which is the specific name for God’s trial upon his people to repent, which Scripture says one third do. Adams has no repentance, only destruction. We have the salvation of Israel at the end of the Tribulation erased, according to this so called more knowledgeable Bible teacher. And the armies of heaven, which are the saints who are glorified, follow a comet to earth. REALLY?

The comets destroy the whole world, everyone both good and bad at the same time Mike Adams teaches that Jesus is not personally returning, certainly, not on a white horse like Rev. 19 states, “God nukes the whole planet with a series of comet impacts. Nukes everybody, kills everybody. And in that process also kills Satan, kills the beast, kills the sorcerers, kills all the kings of all the wicked kingdoms, kills everybody and everything. And then he resurrects the good people. And then he creates a new heaven and a new earth. This is a planetary reset.” He previously said, “Jesus himself, in Matthew 24, says this event kills 50% of the human population.” X post Adams April 22, 2023 https://x.com/HealthRanger/status/1914723371352293558)

Then later he changes it to everyone, 100% are killed. It’s all doom for all, one can say Adams is a doomsday teacher and what can be wrong with that. Because he seems to relish God destroying the whole world, especially Israel, Is God going to destroy Israel, his people, with whom he covenanted and not keep his word? He says he will rescue? No, he will not says Mike Adams. We can look in the past to see God does not destroy the righteous with the wicked. Otherwise, there would be no Noah, or Abraham. We are told by the prophets he comes to save them, to rescue them and others.

Zech. 12:6-9 "The LORD will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not become greater than that of Judah. In that day the LORD will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; the one who is feeble among them in that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the Angel of the LORD before them. It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

Deut. 32:9 “For the LORD’S portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance.” portion #2506 חֵלֶק khay’-lek, territory, share, possession allotment #2256 חֵבֶל khay’-bel, measured portion, district, measuring line, band inheritance #5159 נַחֲלָה na-kha-lah’, heritage, the share, property.

Is not the Bible God’s Word? It says all of it is. This is But these are Jews entrusted with writing his words and their meanings . so his post on Gettr cannot be true. How Bible illiterate this man is! Jesus quotes the same Old Testament that he is mocking, and then he says that only the words of Jesus are of God. It is the same Jews who recorded Jesus' words that wrote the words of the Old Testament and the New Testament. So why does he quote other letters in his teachings? It’s all a facade to have people think he believes the Bible. He chooses what to believe and discards the rest. Nearly everything he says is a challenge to the Word, showing his disrespect, despite his claims that he believes.

However, when we read all these verses of the ‘prophet Zechariah’, in context, the verse explains before Jesus rescues the state of Israel from her enemies… v:2-5 “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness. And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the LORD of hosts their God.”

Ps 83:1-8 shows us you can’t understand the book of Revelation’s judgments without knowing the Old Testament prophets and the covenant to Israel, for it is called the time of Jacob's troubles. The world is being judged because of how they treated Gods people. Don’t like this, argue with God, he said it. p.3 Does Jesus return to punish, save, or, not return at all?'

p.3  Does Jesus return to punish, save, or, not return at all?
