The kingdom is not now The strategy of the 7 Mountains Mandate first came by a “revelation” to Loren Cunningham (founder of YWAM) along with Bill Bright, who agreed with it and apparently received the same idea (from God) at the same time. So they think it is a God thing. It is not! Their mandate: Bring Godly change to a nation by reaching its seven spheres, or mountains, of societal influence. These 7 spheres are (1) Business; (2) Government; (3) Media; (4) Arts and Entertainment; (5) Education; (6) Family; and (7) Religion. The church then establishes the kingdom, The concept of the 7 mountain strategy is to control. they hid this agenda from many. Jesus said “ And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. (Matthew 11:12). This was addressed to the religious leaders who wanted control of the religion, Y’know, the Pharisees.. Jesus spoke of the humble, the meek shall inherit the earth. That being when the kingdom has come. Those who want to take the world (back) using the 7 mountain mandate are spiritually violent and are using what is found in every tyrannical movement in history starting with Nimrod. First let me say that we should all have an influence for Christ in the areas defined as the 7 mountains. What we should not have is a desire to assert control of them. In a another quote from Johnny Enlow who is just as important as Wallnau is in this new doctrine of church dominionism (http://elijahstreams.com/watch/watch.php?ID=798) Enlow also talks about the supernatural powers of the Elijah Revolution in the book the seven mountains prophesy” "The Elijah Revolution will sweep through the church and prioritize prayer to the point that we will truly be called "a house of prayer for all the nations" (Isa.56:7). W e will move beyond `second heaven' intercession, where we are overly conscious of the dark forces and their strategies, and we will step into the `third heaven' intercession, where we go to heaven, see the counsel of God, and thus release His decrees on Earth “ Sounds like I will ascend to heaven Are Christians to establish a visible kingdom of the church on earth and call it the kingdom of God! We are to be an influence wherever we are, not just limited to 7 mountains as the new takeover strategy is employed by dominionsts. But what they are really teaching is a takeover of the church, Christianizing the world system to come under the church as if we have a governmental rule without Christ being here by new apostles and prophets. Christ has already established his spiritual kingdom within us to prepare us for his physical kingdom. We are in the kingdom spiritually, but there is also a literal physical kingdom to come when Jesus returns, and not before. It cannot come by any Christian or church control over the present order of things in the world. They claim we are to disciple nations, but this not what is said or meant. A nation is made up of numerous individual people that are to make a individual choice to follow Jesus. We are to disciple people, not a nation, we do this by teaching them the Bible after one is saved Is the kingdom now, or future? God’s Strategy or man’s tragedy? We have influence these areas as individuals, but what they are saying is for the church to rule over them in the 7 mountain mandate The kingdom is not established by us, we to wait? Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man . We don’t need to escape if we are ruling 1 Thessalonians 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, [even] Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.’ That wrath is the tribulation, Daniels 70th week This methodology of a kingdom now has spread where it is THE way to bring the kingdom on earth, it is not! All of this contrary To what God has said; about Israel about the last days, We do not have heaven come to earth anymore than we produce our own daily bread Being victorious overcoming the world by faith is not the same As the church being in charge of the world. Which we ARE TOLD IS still under satans influence (1 jn.5:19). There is a time in which the Saints will possess and live in the kingdom but it can only be when the king himself has returned, he does not return until the Tribulation is ended. In fact he comes to end the Tribulation. Since this has not commenced yet, we cannot see the kingdom established on earth as described by Scripture. It is not until Jesus comes that we can possess the kingdom. This does not refer to His first coming, but His second. And this is what will occur- The Lord Jesus Christ “will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom” (2 Timothy 4:1). As we can see from Scripture His kingdom comes accompanied with His physical appearing, they are simultaneous events, and it comes with judgment as well as a blessing (Matthew 25:31-34). Jesus explains in other places that the kingdom will come to earth. Jesus said when He was present on earth, "My kingdom is not of this world," so it has to have a future meaning. There are over 360 references to a Millennium period where the Messiah, Jesus, will be on earth ruling the nations. The book of Revelation speaks of a thousand years as the length of this period. It tells us where and what will take place as this kingdom is established. It is not possible for one to fit the Scriptures into a present kingdom on earth now. We read“And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron”(Revelation 19:15). God the Father has given Christ the God/man to be the ruler of the kingdom, not any other man or the church (Psalm 2:8). Daniel 7:27: “His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serveand obey Him .” Not obey us Dominion Theology teaches that the Gospel of Salvation is achieved by setting up the "Kingdom of God" as a literal and physical kingdom to be "advanced" on Earth in this present age. 7 mountain Dominionists say that the Church will Christianize the world completely before Jesus can return to rule the world at His Second Coming. The Kingdom of God in the age of grace is spiritual and grows through the believers evangelism based on teaching the Bible. God’s spiritual rule in the hearts of men through the Holy Spirit (Luke 17:20-21). Furthermore, the Kingdom of God is only finally realized upon Christ’s second return to Earth, when He Himself establishes His literal and physical reign from Jerusalem; Zion. Anything that is not this is not the kingdom of God . For It is “not of this world” (John 18:36), UNTL the real Jesus returns. This is a prayer for the return of Christ that has been prayed for nearly 2,000 years; for his will done on earth as it is in heaven can only be accomplished when the Messiah returns, it is then his kingdom comes. In the meantime, the evil one is the prince and ruler of this world (Eph.2:2). The church does not accomplish this but prays for it. Until He literally returns the world we live in is still affected by the curse and is fallen.Let us not be tempted by power or position to be removed from doing what the Scripture actually says.
