William Branham misunderstood almost everything in the Bible because the Holy Spirit was not teaching him.

Why did Mr. William Branham not understand the basic concepts of the Bible? Because he didn’t want to, he was deeply involved in the occult and metaphysics and he changed the bibles wording to purposely merge his occult knowledge into Christianity.

Take as our first example, Jesus being the chief cornerstone. He changed it to Jesus being the capstone. He knew there was no capstone mentioned, but he made it the missing piece on a pyramid. Where does the Bible speak of pyramid? It doesn’t. He knew that but he made the church into a pyramid. And he used it to illustrate the 7 angels of 7 church ages, he being the last the 7 th angel before the capstone is added.

And he used the pyramid throughout his teachings along with astrology. Claiming th first bible was written in the stars. There can be no excuse from those who know his teachings, they instead accept this because he claimed to be the last teacher / prophet to the church, an Elijah, like John was. But he went further to explain that he was the 7 th messenger/angel of the church age. Even though there is no such thing as 7 ages through history. There is only one church throughout the ages. He knew that, and that is why he took from another cult leader, Charles Russell the founder of the Jehovah’s Witnesses book ‘the Mystery of the ages’ (which Russell call epochs). Russell called himself the last messenger so Branham took his teaching and applied to himself . How do we know this? Branham himself said he was an avid reader and studier, he had many books in his library. Its true he could not speak well, but he had a shrewed, a clever mind that could understand concepts and had a fine memory to repeat his phras3s in his teachings (even though he jumbled up his dates all the time).

And then he had a pyramid as his gravestone just like Charles Russell.

So he inserted a pyramid into Bible stories wherever he could, it did not matter to him if the words were not in Scripture, he was willing to change God’s Holy word into his own corrupt imagination of what he wanted it to be. Do I have proof of that? Of course, his own words.

His last revelation in 1963 as that he was visited by 7 mighty angels and was taken within them to learn that he was to open the 7 seals, which he claimed HE did at his church with his angel. It didn’t matter to him that the bible says something very different, such as only Jesus can open the seals and that it is done in heaven and it is during the tribulation period. Branham did it over 60 years ago in his church.

H e refused to belived that Eve sin by disobedience od eating from the tree he was told not to.According to Branham, Evewas seduced into a sexual relationship with thezserpent and became pregnant with Cain.

It does not matter to those who follow him, they make excuses for everything because they bought into the lie, they are deceived into thinking they are part of the elite group called the bride who alone goes in the rapture which was supposed to have happened when he opened the seals, specifically the 4 th seal. His trail of broken doctrines leave many devastated, AS IT CONTINUES IN THE NAR though their Prophet / apostlemovement as part of the Latter rain revivalism that Branham introduced. That Lou Engles, Paul Cain, Mike Bickle, Benny Hinn, Bill Johnson carry as their doctrine, as they are all invested in the spiritual lie of Branham’s latter Rain..

Branham said in his Church Agesbook, the true evidence of having the Holy Spirit is to recognize

Him, Branham as the voice of God for our day. And to every age we hear the same truth. “He that hath

an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches.” But only a Spirit-filled mancan “hear”the revelation for that age. None other can. No sir. Theycannot because that is exactly what Paul said in ICorinthians 2:6-16.” (Smyrnaean Church Age – Church Age Book Cpt.4). Is that what he said? NO!

Branham said he was the only prophet for the last day’s church. That you must go through the special Prophet/Mediator to understand Scripture. This is what the NAR is built upon. This is what Mormonism and Jehovah Witnesses have done as well…When you do not stick with the basics of God’s Word

pursuing new revelation, promote unbiblical teachings, experiences and practices. And when you want to be called something great ; that is the essence of pride. Throughou history we have always had people following men who claim to represent God, who

claim to have A special revelation or a special position. Now at the end of the age we never had so many follow the false prophets.

Does God honor those who teach false doctrine to thousands? Of course not? Especially WHEN THEY exhibit the kind of mystical,Occult power that was exhibited by Branham.
