What are we seeing Today?

Many changes are taking place, things are not static. A false Christianity can take place through ecumenism, which is a uniting with some or many who are working toward a purpose and goal that is not founded on the gospel, but something else. Though it may solicit God’s name, it has nothing to do with God. In this particular case of politics, which is about our country.

Certainly, our country needs saving, not just an adjustment. In fact, all of Western civilization is in jeopardy in our time from communism and Islamists.

Could conservatism save the country from its demise at the expense of the gospel? To a certain extent, it can restore sanity to America as it was intended by the founders. As it was based on Judeo- Christian principles. However, saying this, it cannot save anyone’s soul and change their eternal destination. Yet, the founders spoke of religious morals were necessary for America to succeed in her experimentation as a free republic.

This is now a dilemma, the choice before us is temporal or the eternal.

We are already at war, internally, the world is at war, and it has surfaced everywhere. Good against evil is in every facet of life, not just the governments, news media, social media, education, and entertainment; all of these are illiterate on faith and Christ as the truth, this includes the various religions, it is even intruding on the church that Christ established.

God has established civil governments to stand against evil. This means one must know what is evil and what is good. There appears to be a significant issue in distinguishing between the two. governing authorities have distinct responsibilities and operations given by God to punish evil doers (Rom. 13). The Church can be supportive of this, but should not be confused with its operation. As Believers, we have an obligation to influence our society, culture and government toward righteousness, but, it is most important that we should not make an unholy alliance to have influence or for having control over evil. The government should not interfere with the local church’s preaching, activities, and ministry. And the church should not unite with government (Matthew 22:15-22; 28:19-20; Romans 13:1-7) to accomplish its goals.

I present this as our example; God didn’t send Moses back to Egypt to persuade Pharaoh to join them and be on God’s side. We are to be in the world but not of it. Another example from history, one thousand seven hundred years later, we should have 20-20 hindsight. This was the mistake when early Christianity was led out into the open, no longer illegal in the Roman Empire, and merged with Rome’s political aspirations, which caused church and state to become united; it was then consistently leavened. Can conservatism help in law and order, yes, but it certainly is not the cure for what ails our country.

We, as individuals and as the Church collectively, are God’s spiritual temple; we are not a physical building. We are also called to be both salt (preserving humanity against evil) and light (representing Christ to those around us) in our society, to prevent evil from pervading and increasing. We are faced with how this is to be accomplished. So far we have not done a good job.

On YouTube and various other video media platforms, you see and hear all kinds of teachings that can lead you astray. The majority are geared toward the last days' prophecies by those who speak for Christianity. Almost all of them elicit fear …We are presented with scenarios of destruction, asteroids are coming, Wormwood; a disguise or fake space invasion of UFOs are waiting (Project Blue Beam). Financial collapse is coming, the four riders of the apocalypse of which the first seal (or more) are already opened. The mark of the Beast is already here, and many have it, maybe you. There are about 20 different concepts of what it is. Among the many speculations of the mark of the Beast, COVID-19 vaccination is still at the forefront, even the swab, is the mark. More plandemics are coming, disregarding everything the Bible specifically says about these matters. The Bible is then used to bring fear. All this does is make people doubt the truth and be nervous about the future; it elicits anxiety.

The Bible says to believers, 'Do not fear when you see these things.' Yes, we can have concerns but I see most of these videos bringing confusion.

There are endless speculations on UFOs, Nephilim, Giants today, ancient civilizations, flat earth, on every subject you can think of, they are coming at us with the force of a hurricane.

In fact, one of the largest embarrassments just took place with the rumor started by a man name Joshua, claiming he was told what day the rapture is to take place in 2025, after the first failed he of course came up with another date. If anyone says they know the day, you can bet it is not the day. However, it all continues to deteriorate from bad to worse. Because it did not happen, some say it never will! Biblical challenges that there is no rapture, only a tribulation, or that there is neither.

We hear the on the teaching that 3rd temple to be built in Israel is inconsequential, that we (the church) are now the only temple, spiritualizing the Scripture. The 3 rd temple is crucial to prophecy, as Jesus spoke of it and told those in Israel to flee when the man of sin enters it (Mt. 24). Israel has everything to do with end-time prophecy, but many are trying to persuade you to think otherwise. If you side with Israel, you are controlled by the Jews

The convincing people that Israel and all the Jews are taking over the world, they have sway over our government and others, even though they are the smallest of countries and are the 34th richest, having their hands full every day with their hostile neighbors. Or, we hear that Israel is a counterfeit, is really the synagogue of Satan. Turning the Scripture inside out (The Bible describes this as a group of people among the churches in Turkey, not a nation 1,900 years later).

We need to think biblically and stop entertaining speculations, which are vain imaginations.

This is how they spin everything. These people can convince you to die and it would be healthy for your longevity.

We are bombarded with confusion and it’s not going to let up anytime soon. In fact I see this like a spirit of insanity spreading as a virus among the population, this includes some of those inside the church. Mass deception is growing. Be aware of what you are listening to, train yourself in discernment so that you do not fall asleep and begin dreaming along with the rest of the people.

Numerous people using God's name and the Word are making prophetic speculations, constantly speaking with fear as they ponder what is going to happen. They remove you from walking in the Spirit of truth. For “We have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, and love and a sound mind.” Let’s use it. There is no fear in love; but mature love casts out fear .

The worst of these speculative theories is that we are told we live in a simulation, not reality (Mt. 24:15). This New Age concept takes you away from living by the Word and being used of God to reach others in the world that is under the fall, influenced by darkness.

Don’t be distracted by all these voices.

The world is moving in two directions: one is toward righteousness, the other in rebellion. One can bring peace, the other brings chaos. More specifically, it is individuals who are moved toward righteousness by being in Christ and walking with him in the Spirit, and the world as a unit is in rebellion, becoming more cohesive in its insurgence.

Pride is always present when, the focus is on an individual, in place of Christ whom God sent for us to be saved from ourselves, from our sin.

The society before Jesus's return will have similarities found in Noah’s time. The world in which Noah lived was overrun with violence and wickedness. God said in Gen 6:5 “the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”Even after the flood and a new beginning God observed, “the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth”(Gen. 8:21).

When Mary who was with child went to visit Elizabeth, she greets her and when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. Then she spoke out with a loud voice and said, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! But why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord"(Luke 1:40-45).

Mary then responds, within her magnificat, she had this to say within it. “He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts” (Luke 1:51). This has to do with focus I’m speaking of.

What is of the utmost importance in our day is to know what evil is. We are to live by the principle, “Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good” (Rom. 12:9).

3 John 11 explains to us, “ Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. He who does good is of God, but he who does evil has not seen God.”

That we are to“walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil”(Eph 5:15-16).

Violence is one of the physical displays of pride, which is evil it rejects God and His standards; it is the epitome of evil.

Prov. 8:13 “ The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way”

Psalm 73:6 “Therefore pride serves as their necklace; violence covers them like a garment.” Proverbs 4:17-19 “For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is like the shining sun that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is like darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble.

As the world gets darker those who follow Christ and live the gospel should shine all the more, not join in the darkness and think and live as if there is no right or wrong.

We had been warned of a time of lawlessness that we now find ourselves in. We are living in a world that is characterized by crime, murder, lawlessness, and violence. We see violence growing like we’ve never seen before. Today, we are constantly threatened by it; in our cities, we have hate crimes and drive-by shootings, senseless murder. Paul said there will be a time when men will be without natural affection. We see this displayed for the unborn and to the elderly in our day.

Paul said to the church: “I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ” (2 Corinthians 11:2). We are in the world but we are to be separate from the world, we are not to adopt its ways; its politics and other ways of influence, whether they are political or religious. Am I saying we should not be involved in politics, vote or voice our view? No, but we must have a distinction in our involvement. We are to be Christians first, then patriots to the country. Our Patriotism should not influence our actions in our Christian walk, our Christianity should influence our patriotism.

Rome was the first to merge the church with state. In a seemingly disruptive but beneficial move, they forced Christianity out of hiding, as a religion that was constantly being persecuted, to become legal and accepted. Shortly after Constantine, who was unconverted, became the leader of it. Constantine denied Christ as God come in the flesh and was later baptized at the end of his life as a follower of Arius’ Christ and changed the church's doctrine.

Having said this, we are now facing a new Romanism. The Roman Catholic Church is united in its goals with the World Council of Churches, which has its own pope (Pope Tawadros II of the Coptic church) and with the UN, promoting global cooperation among all nations and religions for many years (since John Paul II). They are willing to maintain a unity for the sake of a goal, which in the past has included the Protestants.

We continually see politics and religion making steps that bring us closer to the one world system/religion forming in the last days, a syncretistic union of the secular with the religious. The world’s fallen system with a religion that feigns Christianity; spiritual Babylon is rising.

Considering the agenda of the Globalists, the New Age Movement, and “kingdom now” promoters inside the Church, it is not that far-fetched to believe that they will soon have their way to rule temporarily, in unity with some Church/religious government on earth without Christ Jesus, but some other Christ. The NAR is just one of those organizations that is extremely ecumenical (if not interfaith), which has its influence in our government.

There is one religion that wears the garments of Christianity in name, but does not have the inner Spirit that is the life. Some know the gospel; some have received it, but far more reject it in exchange for Rome’s Pope and the church’s authority.

What does any of this have to do with prophecy? Everything! This is God’s enemy’s spiritual plan for making an entity like the church to rule in the new governmental system being created. The Bible calls it “Mystery Babylon,” which forms at the end of the age, anamalgamation of all the religious systems in the world.

It is a unity of all religions, with one notable exception: Biblical Christianity. Those who strictly adhere to the Bible will be seen as standing in the way of achieving this global unity.

Some have equated the term “conservatism” with Christianity. Conservatism is about preserving the traditional values of a country, which often include some elements that Christians may share. Again, these traditions in law were based on Judeo- Christian principles. However, we need to understand that Christianity is not the same as conservatism, and conservatism is not the same as Christianity.

‘Conservatism’ is not the way, the truth, or the life? Jesus is. Let’s be discerning to distinguish between the two.
