The Mystery of iniquity Great is the mystery of righteousness; (God was incarnated in the flesh”) God was manifested in the flesh, (God appeared; was revealed in the flesh to mankind). He who became man was made a priest after the order of Melchizedek (Heb. 5:6, Psa. 110:4), both a king and a priest (Heb. 7:1-2). This intriguing subject of Christ’s priesthood is fully explained in Hebrews chapters 7-9. The mystery in Christ is made known. God’s Mystery is simple: it is belief in Christ as the God/man: that God became man. Who came from above (heaven) to live on earth as a man (Called the mystery of godliness 1 Tim.3:16). To those who disbelieve, the Messiah would be a “rock of offence” and a “stone of stumbling.” Peter explains the mystery by showing that all depends on one’s attitude toward Christ, whether they have faith or unbelief: “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?” (Num. 23:19) Man lies, God always tells the truth. God’s characteristic, attributes are infinite. We are to become like God in his moral qualities and character but we cannot become God as in His nature. The image of God in man is a moral image / likeness but there is another image that is foreign that was introduced when the first couple sinned. It came to us by God's enemy who lied to them and continues to lie to all mankind. There is no mystery mentioned in the Old Testament like the New Testament has mysteries, one mystery is the Gospel (Rom.16:25), which was concealed. There are two specific mysteries we face in the last days, The Mystery of Iniquity and Mystery Babylon. Babylon is where all false religion of the people began (Cain was the first) to be dominant over the true religion that was passed on through Noah and his family. Mystery is used many times in Scripture (there are eight mysteries) and this particular one is veiled around its evil. We know that Babylon is called, Mystery Babylon. It is definitely a mystery why anyone would follow any false religion, or evil instead of good, and rebel against what is of God instead of obey. The only answer to that is there is a deception at work. Mystery Babylon is a phrase taken on what took place at Babylon when mankind tried to become united in their rebellion toward God under a man named Nimrod. This will be replayed in the last days as the world unites against god again under the false Messiah who will control the world. Instead of the flood that came before the judgment will come during their time of unity and conclude with the antichrist being the first to fall in battle as God visits earth in the return of Christ replaying Gen.11:5. Instead of scattering them they will be destroyed (Gen.11:9;2 Thess.2:8) The Antichrist-s religious system is described by the apostle John in The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
Rev.17:5: “And on her forehead a name was written: Mystery, Babylon the
Great, the mother of harlots and of the abominations of the earth.” Babylon is the birthplace of all false religions, false ideals and false philosophies. She is the mother of harlots and it all began there in Babylon (John reveals this in Revelation 17:5). When this is referred to in the end times it always has something to do with the original. We are looking at The Mystery of Iniquity. When did this mystery begin, and when will it end? This lawlessness began with the first sin and has been growing in mankind ever since. Iniquity means sin. It is about man striving to have control, that he acts independent of God as god. The Mystery of Iniquity is complete with a certain prophesied event, the lie of a certain Man claims to be God in the Temple of God. Its last surge will be seen in the man of Sin The Mystery of Iniquity is a term found in only one place 2 Thess. 2:7, from the King James Bible. The New King James has the term Mystery of lawlessness (as does the New American Standard. The New International Version’s (a paraphrase) calls it the secret power of lawlessness. Paul says: “And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness (iniquity) is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed…” (2 Thess. 2:6-8) This power is concealed temporarily; but not unnoticeable. The "hidden iniquity" is sin which is working toward its fruition in the world. It is developing throughout history, getting stronger until it culminates. It will be embodied in the "man of sin, appearing' as an open manifestation for the dominion of the world in defiance of God and his anointed one; Whenever you see someone worshiping something other than God, the God/man Jesus; it teaches us something about the antichrist. There has never been a time in our history where there are so many teachings on man progressing and becoming god. 2 thousand years ago this was an exclusive claim for leaders like a Caesar who had people confess this or be killed. Now we have whole movements inspired by occultists and mystics like the New Age movement that teach we are gods, we worship ourselves. We also have new religions that claim to be Christian that teach this, like Mormonism- Satan’s pride has convince a group of people by prophets that he is the brother of Jesus. This exalts himself and demotes Jesus. Along with this he has taught and that they become gods, just like the lie he fed Eve. This will finds its zenith in the man of Sin, who will claim to be God in the temple of God (whom God gave the blueprint to be built) John 2:18: “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time”There is a portion of the Christian church that denies a coming antichrist even though many have already come? Some believe THE Antichrist has already come (in Caesar).1 John plainly says there are "many antichrists" (1 John 2:18) and that there is a "spirit of antichrist" (1 John 4:3). John wrote that any person who denies the true doctrine of Jesus Christ is "a deceiver and an antichrist" (2 John 7,9). But what is most important is that he says many have already come… But there is one coming, the last one. He will come before the Lord returns to set up his kingdom on earth. Scripture says, all who oppose Christ as God are antichrist, but there is a person who personifies this in the end time, and he is called the antichrist, one who takes the place of the true Christ, Messiah. He is a conglomeration of all the evil despots that have lived, the final dictator. He will be the world ruler over nations as he revives the concept of Babylon and brings the world together politically and religiously. He is called the man of sin, the son of perdition who will make all the despots before him look like kindergartners. Paul's expression is "the man of sin." The lawless one;' who is the literal embodiment of all the sin, `lawlessness' and rebellion of God throughout mankind’s history working toward the embodiment in a man who will rule other men. Prophecy also refers to this same man as Antichrist, the "little horn" (Daniel 7:8), the "beast" (Revelation 13:1), "the mystery of iniquity" (2 Thessalonians 2:7), and "that Wicked" (2 Thess. 2:8). All of these expressions refer to the same one evil person who will rise to power politically first. The Holy Spirits work is mainly to reveal sin, we see before the judgment (120 years hence) came the flood. The LORD said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh (Gen. 6:3). duwn- 1) to judge, to contend, to plead a) (Qal) 1) to act as judge, to minister judgment 2) to plead a cause 3) to execute judgment, to requite, to vindicate 4) to govern 5) to contend, to strive b) (Niphal) to be at strife, to quarrel. God himself was contending with man to control his sin nature. Throughout history Human government was instituted to restrain lawlessness, to control it (Rom. 13:1-7), to punish evil. It is always defeated and restrained by those who receive Christ, who have the Holy Spirit within to overcome the sin nature. However by the time the middle of the Tribulation occurs the sinfulness of man will no longer be restrained. When the restraining influence of evil by the Holy Spirit is no longer restraining, sin will break loose. Lawlessness and sin like the world has not seen since the days of Noah will be present, this influence is already at work in the children of disobedience and we see glimpses of it. Just as the numerous titles of Jesus tell us about His person and work, so do the titles for the antichrist. God incarnated in Jesus as the Son of Man, brought salvation, Satan’s man is called the son of perdition (2 Thessalonians 2:3). Perdition in the Greek is apoleia, which means utter destruction, used of vessels of ruin. To be called a “son of” means you have the same nature or characteristic[s] of that thing; the antichrist is a vessel of destruction that leads many to be destroyed. There was only one other in Scripture called a son of perdition, that was Judas. As Satan fell from his position so did Judas. Satan departed from the assembly of angels, Judas departed from the assembly of disciples. The only two people the Bible mentions possessed by Satan are the Antichrist and Judas. The Holy Spirit used this term for Judas to teach us on some of the qualities of the final antichrist. Judas was with the disciples able to do the same miracles right alongside them. As Judas feigned care for the poor so will the antichrist. Judas had protested about the oil being poured on Jesus before His crucifixion, not because he cared for the poor but because he was thief (John 12:5-6), he loved money. Likewise the antichrist will like the things of the world (Daniel 11:28; Revelation 18). The world will love its own. This man of sin will promote sin and rebellion against God by his governing the people. It will be greater than any other evil ruler in history. The image of the beast is made in the likeness of its master, it is a play of man made in the image of God in Genesis – Satan creates something in his own image counterfeiting God and this image goes around forcing people to worship him as they would the creator. The Church is not what restrains the Antichrist from being revealed and come into his power. John's Epistle, speaks of his day there were already "many antichrists" (1 Jn. 2:18). If the Apostolic period (which was more pure than today), with Peter, Paul and John being alive and leading the church did not withhold the arrival of these minor antichrists, can the Church which will be identified as Laodicea at the end of the age prevent the last and most powerful one of all? The deception comes mainly from spirits who convince people they are God. Channelings by
Ra Elohim Om Remez Remember that You Are God. ….You are not separate from the One you call God. Move, listen, act, pray, wake up, sing, touch as God incarnate. Sculpt the air with your breath as God. Speak from the throat of God. Honor yourself as holy, holy, holy. There is no God but God. Rise and shine. IT IS TIME TO BE GOD. Do not give in to a false humility which shrinks you away from being God, to feeling separate and unworthy... Being God in a body is the highest honor you have chosen to experience, in order to plant the seeds of Light upon Mother Earth, Divine Mother's body. Rise and shine. IT IS TIME TO BE GOD.” This exemplifies the new age movement that is being dictated by spirits convincing people there are “I am.” The Bible speaks
against any unity based upon man’s desires and goals independent of the God of
the Bible. This was seen at the tower of Babel in Babylon in the biblical record stands as the enemy of God’s people. There is another sprit trying to make us all one, to unite with those who are not the church. Unity can be a powerful thing, but is not always a force for good. God came down and stopped the building of this city but we are told the latter days Babylon will reign over the kings of the earth. God will allow it to grow. Mystery Babylon is something that has been hidden; it is connected with the mystery of iniquity. Babylon (Mystery) will become the center of all nations before God comes down once again to visit mankind and judge severely. The united world of religions mentioned in the Bible is described as an apostate organization. This body is identified as “Mystery, Babylon the Great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth” (Rev. 17:5). This end-time union of all the false religions is formed by the Antichrist because of her usefulness to him. It is very obvious that the Interfaith Movement of false religions is preparing the world for the coming false Christ, the Antichrist, The true church of Christ does not enter into association with non-Christian religions – nor with false teachers within the professing church. The mystery of iniquity has to do with the beast, the city of Jerusalem and the temple. The Jews believe the Messiah will allow them to build the temple, they will be deceived as the same one who signed the treaty will declare them to worship him as god in the middle of the tribulation in their temple. For he will claim to be god and defile his humanity, he will want to be worshipped as god as he enters the temple revealing this mystery, causing the abomination that makes desolate. Nimrod was the first cult leader of the world. Josephus (Ant. Jud. i. c. 4. 2) says: "Nimrod persuaded mankind not to ascribe their happiness to God, but to think that his own excellency was the source of it. And he soon changed things into a tyranny, thinking there was no other way to wean men from the fear of God, than by making them rely upon his own power." The Targum of Jonathan says: "From the foundation of the world none was ever found like Nimrod, powerful in hunting, and in rebellions against the Lord." The Jerusalem Targum says: "He was powerful in hunting and in wickedness before the Lord, for he was a hunter of the sons of men, and he said to them, 'Depart from the judgment of the Lord, and adhere to the judgment of Nimrod!' Therefore is it said: 'As Nimrod [is] the strong one, strong in hunting, and in wickedness before the Lord.'" The Chaldee paraphrase of 1Chron. 1:10 says: "Cush begat Nimrod, who began to prevail in wickedness, for he shed innocent blood, and rebelled against Jehovah." Nimrod was the founder of Babylon, which partook of his character as the opposser of God's Truth and God's People. We cannot fail to see in Nimrod, Satan's first attempt to raise up a human universal ruler of men. There have been many subsequent lesser attempts, such as Nebuchadnezzar, Alexander, Napoleon, Hitler and others. He will finally succeed in the person of the Antichrist. The mystery of iniquity will finally be revealed in the man of sin, the false Christ who calls himself God in the temple of God to replace the true God. The abomination that makes desolate has to do with Satan coming into the temple (which only a high priest can do), and then to declare himself God. He then sits not stands as further insult to the office. Few today believe that people will be willing to take the mark, but they will, because they will be enamored by this man (of sin). This mark will be the system that will provide a life for them, they will have no choice; it will be for their survival. There will also be a spirit influence unprecedented in history at work. Those few rebels (who believe the truth) that will not accept this will be hunted down to be removed from entering the worlds newly constructed golden age of enlightenment under the great fallen angels influence. Then the army of fallen angels influences on mankind will be at its zenith. Rev. 12:6-9 "And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. V.12 "Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time." Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child.” He will be active in both deceiving the elect and persecuting the woman. We live in an age noted by its corruption at every facet of our culture, even in religion. Integrity, honesty is rare, while lying for various reasons is prevalent. We as believers are told to walk in the truth (3 Jn.3), to speak the truth in love (Eph.4:15), to love the truth (Jn.14:24). We are sanctified by the truth which is the word. (John 17:19) We worship in spirit and truth" (John 4:24). John 3:21 "But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God." When one
does not make an effort to do this they can easily be persuaded by falsehoods,
and be deceived. We are to reject what is false, we are not to befriend liars! Truth is the basis for His ministry as he sets people free from lies of false religion to have a relationship with the true God. Like Israel we are at the same crossroads from false prophets and men with no integrity as leaders in church. In the end we find the world is united in rebellion against God and His truth. II Thess. 2:10-12 “and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” Scripture tells us at a certain point the whole world worships the man of sin and believes the lie. They are able to believe the lie because of their own lies and lies from others; so they are prepared. Those who practice the truth, who love the truth will resist the lie from the ultimate liar because they have trained themselves beforehand. Jesus said, “Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice." (John 18:37) Ps. 117:2 “the truth of the LORD endures forever.” In the end what will matter is the love of the truth, it will be the only thing to save your soul from the great deception.
