A prophetic movement disseminating continual false prophecies along with Mysticism and Gnosticism.And Dominionism which convinces believers (?) to take cities, nations, for Jesus. To have them become an End times army of overcomers, supernaturally empowered, to establish the world for the second coming of Christ. Its all about self empowerment, just like the New Age movement.The biggest issue is of course the word faith/ third wave movement and their denial of Scripture Alone. Sola Scriptura is changed to Sola Spirit, as they claim to have fresh words God is speaking. It counters the word in the Bible as the revealed will of God and has themselves replace it as prophets, men of wisdom telling you what Gods will is. When many of Jesus' disciples left him after some very hard teaching, Jesus asked the disciples, "You do not want to leave too, do you?" Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life" (John 6:68). Let me present this application for us today. When you listen to these networks that are called Christian (as a veneer to have you trust them) and use the word like criminals: distorting it. embellishing its promises or giving it a false interpretation you are no longer following the words that give eternal life, but death. Jesus said “The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life” (John 6:63). If they do not stay within the confines of the true meaning and intent, it is not Jesus word any longer. This why it is called a departure from the word, an apostasy. Gen 8:21 God pronounces “although the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth” This becomes a greater evil when they use the name of the Lord to propagate their own beliefs wrapped in the veneer of Bible teaching. Our example is Israel whom God gave a choice of blessing and cursing. The be blessed they had to obey His commands Deut. 29:9“Carefully follow the terms of this covenant, so that you may prosper in everything you do” V.12-15 You are standing here in order to enter into a covenant with the LORD your God, a covenant the LORD is making with you this day and sealing with an oath, 13 to confirm you this day as his people, that he may be your God as he promised you and as he swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 14 I am making this covenant, with its oath, not only with you 15 who are standing here with us today in the presence of the LORD our God but also with those who are not here today. Deut 29:19-20 And so it may not happen, when he hears the words of this curse, that he blesses himself in his heart, saying, 'I shall have peace, even though I walk in the imagination of my heart'--as though the drunkard could be included with the sober. The LORD would not spare him; for then the anger of the LORD and His jealousy would burn against that man, and every curse that is written in this book would settle on him, and the LORD would blot out his name from under heaven. The NIV says “he invokes a blessing on himself and therefore thinks, "I will be safe, even though I persist in going my own way." God makes a dichotomy of saying he is not sober but as drunk, on his fantasy. This is what we see In the word faith church, fantasy doctrines that then affect the core doctrines so that they cannot understand what is the truth and only hold to error. Isa 56:10-12 tells us of a time period when those who were the be shepherds and protect the people “0 Israel's watchmen are blind, they all lack knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they cannot bark; they lie around and dream, they love to sleep. They are dogs with mighty appetites; they never have enough. They are shepherds who lack understanding; they all turn to their own way, each seeks his own gain. "Come," each one cries, "let me get wine! Let us drink our fill of beer! And tomorrow will be like today, or even far better." Do we understand what is being said of these men at that time? For it applies to our day as well. they do not bark to protect when a dog is supposed to. they are blind without knowledge. they would rather dream ( I had a dream they say). Their appetite is never satisfied as you are on their menu. They seek their own ways and they love being drunk (spiritually, drunk on power or the spirit as they claim). they believe everything is getting better ( their imagination for self preservation). We are told about the last days 2 Tim. 2:14-16 “Remind them of these things, charging them before the Lord not to strive about words to no profit, to the ruin of the hearers. Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.” 2 Tim 3:12-15 “Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus”. Knowing the word of God is what will separate you from the deceivers that are abundant everywhere, “For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand” ( Matt 24:24-26). There is no excuse to not understand what is taking place when Jesus and the apostles told us in great detail. Anyone can be deceived that is why we must check to see if we are in the faith or have strayed because of our own heart or following the wrong teaching. We all want to be those who hear “Well done, good and faithful servant” (Matt 25:21) Matt 7:21-23 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'” The question that needs to be answered is what is the Will of the Father? Clearly Jesus is saying those who prophesy cast out demons and have done miracles in his name thought this to be the will of the Father, but He said they were practicing lawlessness. This should make anyone involved in these movements aforementioned to pause and look more carefully at what is being done and claimed by these men.. We do not want to be those whom the Lord said “All day long I have held out my hands to an obstinate people, who walk in ways not good, pursuing their own imaginations” (Isa. 65:2)
