Was Jesus the first created before the world was? GEN.1:1. Tells in the beginning (of creation) God created the heavens and the earth. Nowhere does the Bible say he created Jesus first. There is no scripture for this, none. only in a Jehoavh Witness world of fantasy does this exist. A Jehovah Witness only knows what the men of the WT teach them and repeat it like well trained parrots who can't think for themselves. My Bible says he was with the Father from eternity (1 Jn.1:2; jn.1:1-3), he was not a created being anymore than the Holy Spirit is a created being. (Micah 5:2) the Father says the son is the creator of all things, not some things. The word other is a falsification of the text (see the warnings of adding to the word. Even the 1950 ed. of the NWT did not have this word “other”) What of Prov.8:22 is the wisdom of God created? Which would mean it is not an attribute of God. All attributes of God are eternal, part of his intrinsic nature. Prov 8:22 "The LORD possessed me at the beginning of His way, before His works of old” (in other words before he created anything). This wisdom that was there was daily his delight was brought forth to create, to be active in creation. This is about the personification of wisdom as it is in the female gender which means it is not the son or male. the first born Col 1:15-17 “He is the image of the invisible God, the
firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created
that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether
thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created
through Him and for Him. Firstborn is PROTOTOKOS First created is PROTOKTIKIS. These are different words and have different uses for good reason. Paul did not, John did not use this word because they knew Jesus was from everlasting (Micah 5:2) The word firstborn (PROTOTOKOS ) is about position and rank, it
refers to the son who has preeminence over ALL things (not some things). he is the firstborn to be raised from the dead and have eternal life. Rev. 1:5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, Which Paul further explains as the firstfruits What Jehovah witnesses do is take the word firstborn out of the context written and made it to be something else. Thats what you have been taught so it becomes hard for them to understand scripture. Heb.1:5-6 “For to which of the angels did He ever say: "You are My Son, today I have begotten You"? And again: "I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son"? But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: "Let all the angels of God worship Him." Here once again he is brought into the world by the resurrection (which Jehovah’s Witnesses do not believe in ). They are worshipping an angel called Michael. The problem is that God would not tell anyone to worship in angel anymore then tell Catholics to worship or pray to saints. In Heb.1:10 the Father still speaking to the Son “and You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the Earth and the heavens are the work of Your hands.” That’s Genesis 1:1. Unless you want to call the Father a liar you cannot say an angel created all things. But that is the implication of Jehovah Witness doctrine. Heb. 10:7 Then I said, 'Behold, I have come-- in the volume of the book it is written of Me-- to do Your will, O God.'" John 5:39-40 "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. "But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life.’ The Jehovah witnesses are prevented from coming to Jesus because of their Watchtower teaching, this is why they do not have the life that is in the Son. I Jn 1:3 "that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ."
