We have a doctrinal emergency in the church pt.3

We find that unanimously all the strange teachings introduced come from those who do not teach the Trinity correctly, or at all. They deny the incarnation, God came in the flesh and lived among the people of Israel. They also do not focus on the gospel or they have distorted it with the philosophy of word faith teaching and mysticism. And they think what spiritual voice they hear in their head is from the Lord. This is why they drift off into self-made doctrines that they think are revelations from God, they cannot stable in their Bible teaching.

These teachers have descended like a swarm of locusts eating up all the truth, replacing it with distortions in their own teaching, not ashamed to call it new revelation. God can only speak the truth, He does not lie, His nature is morally perfect.

The God of truth hates lies. When people lie consistently, embellish events, conspire with lies of events and doctrine they will find the God of truth is against them. This means the Lord is against the new revivalism taking place in the church, He is not for it.

True unity is maintained on the basis of truth already revealed.

We have seen these manmade revivals over the last 30 plus years. It is more accurate to say it is revivalism – meaning, it hype’s people up to think something spiritual is actually taking place when it is false doctrine and practices being introduced for them to believe and live by. Those false practices are specifically aligned with Gnosticism and Mysticism.

We have seen the rise of the seeker friendly models, the soft social gospel of Rick Warren, added to the mix is the music revivalism through music. All of these play a part in doctrine departures.

Instead of producing fruit we are faced with the same predicament being repeated that has been surfacing for 30 years.

“Catch us the foxes, The little foxes that spoil the vines, For our vines have tender grapes .” (Song of Solomon 2:15)

Ezek. 13:4 “ O Israel, your prophets are like foxes in the deserts.”

All these mystical movements have continued as little foxes over the landscape of Christian churches, but are now being revived in one last attempt to assault the church, and the target are the youth.

This is no longer a subtle change of emphasis but a bold and audacious one. This has gone on far too long, this modern revivalism whose origin is from word faith teachers is movement that is focused on self, one’s feelings and supernatural experience.

It has found a more permanent home among the naïve youth and children. Now over the last many years it is Bethel under Bill Johnson spearheading a mystical Christianity. He is a man who has near 0% discernment in the biblical manner (in fact, they changed the meaning of discernment to be “changing the atmosphere.”)

Bethel has become the sweet spot for every trend tried and some new ones. It is the New age Hybrid model for the church, combining new age practices (which they say were once Christian and they are now redeeming them), one is yoga (which originally meant to be yoked with Brahma).

They speak of unity, unity around what is of the utmost importance? We need to ask questions to be safe.

These revivalists are fooling the Christian church with their synthesis of new age practices with Christianity, using occasional Bible words to cover up what they are really introducing. It’s time we stand up for the word of God, for Jesus. That’s the movement we need, one grounded in truth. It’s time for the church to be what it was intended to be and not be reformed by new age change agents of Gnosticism and Mysticism who come in the name of the Lord (Mt.24).

The enemy does not like being discerned and judged, and anyone who tells you not to judge, does not care for your soul.

Solomon wrote: Eccl 3:1 “ To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven : V:7 “time to keep silence, And a time to speak.” V.8 “A time of war, And a time of peace.”

2 Tim 4:2-5 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.”(NKJ)

Another translation gives some further understanding of this verse. 2 Tim 4:3-5 “For there is going to come a time when people won't listen to the truth but will go around looking for teachers who will tell them just what they want to hear. They won't listen to what the Bible says but will blithely follow their own misguided ideas. Stand steady, and don't be afraid of suffering for the Lord. Bring others to Christ. Leave nothing undone that you ought to do.” (the Living Bible)

That time is the present

Too many people (church goers) do not allow themselves to listen to sound doctrine! They do not tolerate it! This is like a repeat of the Catholic Church in the dark ages.

Some of examples of their crazy talk … body parts reserved in a heavenly room that we can claim. A storeroom of body parts for replacements… for us on earth! Just reach up and grab one. We access this room through faith and release new parts to the sick and infirmed. Where in the Bible is this found. No need to look when we are running on new revelation’s.

Roberts Lairdon claims that he toured heaven when he was 8 years old and saw this room. So many say they went to heaven and saw it, Todd Bentley who is obviously a charlatan teacher if one has any discernment, so did Kat Kerr. Is there anyone who is in there right mind, a Christ centered mind as the Bible teaches that went to heaven? No. Consider Bob Jones who at Johnson’s church leads people into making their own rapture happen, tells them how to get into an altered state and call on angels so they can go visit heaven anytime they want. Vain imagination would be a nice way of speaking of this; this is crazy talk.

When you hear Jenn Johnson say the Holy Spirit to her is like the Blue Genie of Aladdin, he’s fun, sneaky, silly; (on at least 3 occasions) when he is supposed to be Holy, there is something seriously wrong with the pastor, her father in law bringing no correction to her saying this and publishing it to the Church. In fact, to continue to allow this only proves that there is an apostasy – not a revival taking place.

And as all this is taking place while the cults are growing. All they have to do is keep their mouths shut and act sane and people are more attracted to them.

Today one can believe Jesus was only a prophet, a man - a great teacher, but he doesn’t have to believe he is God in the flesh to be a Christian. Since this is one of the core doctrines of Christianity it actually makes them non-Christian just like the cults Jesus. But it doesn’t seem to matter anymore, all one has to do is say I believe in Jesus, say his name and you are good to go. One only needs to say Jesus is their savoir and never really know what He saved them from or who He actually is.

Many of these teachers are the worst interpreters of Scripture, the cults would blush at what they have to say. Whatever truth they may say it is always accompanied by what’s false. Their teaching then becomes a deadly mixture.

For all of you on the net that are discerning, keep doing it. Don’t let anyone stop you doing this biblical command. Keeping growing in grace, and the truth that will train you to be sensitive to error. Don’t become discouraged from those pastors in ministry that for a long time tell you how to do it their way or don’t do it at all. Do it unto the Lord.

True doctrine (sound) Doctrine equips, it protects; it brings spiritual growth that coincides with the Bible. If you are wrong on who Jesus is it does not matter how many other things you are right on. Everything else is secondary.

Christianity will either survive or crash on our watch.

This is going to end badly for the youth involved, when they realize that they were misled by a mixture of Gnostic, mystic teachers who had the additive of Christian words from the Bible.

Some have slumbered so deep that we can hear them snore. It is time the words of truth wakes them up from their dreaming.

God will always have the last say let’s be sure we are on his side when he does.
